The room had fruit flies really bad. Guest services refused to move me to another room after sending someone to spray something that did not address the flies

Nice hotel with great options right in the heart of Milwaukee. Writhing walking distance to restaurants, bars and entertainment. Friendly staff

We stayed here because it's right across from Fiserv and easy to get to for Bucks games! Hotel is beautiful. Staff is super friendly and professional. The only downfall is the lack of vending machines. We had a delivery via Door Dash and they forgot to deliver our drinks so we thought we would just grab drinks from the vending machine. Found out the hotel does not have one which I thought was odd. The restaurant was very busy so waiting to order drinks-to-go was impossible.

Great hotel. Great location! Wasn't thrilled about the view, or lack there of, from our room. We had a sign or something 2 feet from our window and we couldn't see anything. Very claustrophobic!

The front desk staff was wonderful!! They were very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and courteous. Mila at Craft was fun and informative! Valet service rocked!!! The room was great! The Trade will be our home every time we attend events at Fiserv Forum!!! Show quoted text

Restaurant staff at Craft was very accommodating to assist with safe options for food allergies.

Newer hotel in MKE and really liked the rooms - well decorated and comfortable. Food in restaurant was good and the front desk staff was so charming and kind.

Wonderful one night getaway in this beautiful hotel. Great restaurants, friendly service 5 star!

Lovely room. Stylish, industrial aesthetic with warm wood touches throughout. The staff was top notch. We went to Craft, one of three onsite restaurants, and loved the food and drinks.
