It was money well spent I had a great time , Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Date went wrong delayed check in made us late to everything 🥺- get to the hotel and realize there’s a deposit “security fee “ is way more then the room rate per night & way more then I ever paid at a hotel! It wasn’t listed on trip.Therefore me and my partner weren’t aware of a 250$ on top of 150$! No hot continental breakfast as mentioned here/ just breakfast bags with a hot sandwich which is tacky!

There is only housekeeping every other day. We were not informed of this at checkin. Only discovered when we returned the next evening to an unmade room Had to return to front desk for fresh towels to use the next morning. Only then was I informed that there was not daily housekeeping. Very disappointed.

Check-in went smoothly and I appreciated the layout of the room - there's a couch and desk in a separate space from where the beds are. However, around 10pm I decided to take a shower only to find that the water was lukewarm at best. This must have been an issue with the shower, as the water temperature coming from the sink was hot. I reported this to the front desk, and was told me that the maintenance man had just left for the night. The clerk found me another room on the 4th floor, and gave me a key. I went there only to discover the same problem, plus the heat in that room wouldn't turn on. Another visit to the front desk provided me with a third room, which had hot water and heat. All was fine after that, however, I will note that I had to pack up everything from my original room and move it myself to the new room. Also, I received nothing but a brief apology for the inconvenience.

Everything about my stay was great! It’s an updated hotel and very clean! The staff was absolutely wonderful. Their breakfast options are great and the breakfast attendant always go above and beyond. I will definitely stay there again! It’s now one of my favorite hotels to stay when visiting NY! I’m glad I discovered it.

The desk staff were great and the room clean and comfortable. There was no hot water for showers the two nights we tried to take a shower. Security could be tightened. If staff are away from the front desk anyone could enter and take the one working elevator. The staff person managing the breakfast buffet was fantastic!

Great 2 day stay. Upon walking into the hotel there was a great smell. Very welcoming and warm. Room was clean and big. Everything we need was supplied. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Gym and pool was clean. The firepit was warm and fun to relax around. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Staff was nice , when our sink wasn’t draining a maintenance man came up - fixed it right away. Rooms were super clean , stair wells were not, lay out of the room was nice, central location. The water pressure in the shower was poor, on Saturday ran out of hot water, so ours was Ike warm only. Breakfast was ok , standard. Bed clean - pillows comfy
