Beautiful hotel and extremely clean and high-end. Was close to the airport and highly recommend.

We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and we got there around 4:30 since check in was 4 and there was a long line of people waiting on their room since they didn't have rooms ready. They said it was because they were booked the night before but I feel like that should have been planned for, especially with such a big concert in town. We didn't get to check in until after 6pm and ended up missing our dinner plans with a friend were were visiting while in town that we now didn't get to see. It was a very frustrating situation.

Upon arrival we were told that we had to valet park. I don't mind valet parking but it's $48 a night and they parked my car on the street directly across from the hotel and after waiting nearly an hour to get my car from the valet after checkout I simply asked if I could have my key and go to my car that had been left outside on the street all night. I don't understand what I'm paying the $48 valet charge for and I intend to contest it

Hotel was clean and they let us check in early! Valet services was a joke and they lost our vehicle key! So far, NOTHING has been done about it ! Or the 4 hours of just sitting there and the extra daycare we had to pay while waiting to be able to leave !

Overall the hotel was good but their customer service ruined it for me… it is terrible. It takes 30 minutes to reach someone at guest services or reservations. They put me on hold and forgot about me. They charged me a smoking fee when I never smoked in the room and I have yet to been able to reach someone about this issue.

There is no ice machine or water available in this hotel. We had to ask reception for ice. They had to go into the kitchen to get it for us. 1 instance the front desk left and did not return after 15 minutes we just left. The gym has no water in it. Housekeeping came to our door at 8:15 in the morning on the day of check out and asked if we wanted room service. In 2 of the other rooms we had of our 3, housekeeping walked into the rooms without knocking. The front desk apologized, but that is a placated response. The chairs around the restaurant bar Tavolis are beat up and look like they came from an old building. On one morning the breakfast was missing half of the items noted on the description of the plate, the next morning asked for eggs Benedict with medium eggs, but they came fried. For $400 a night, this hotel is not worth that rate. It is not a horrible hotel, but if you are expecting what is claimed as a chic boutique hotel, look elsewhere. If you are ok with accepting mediocrity, you will not be bothered by the hotel. Would not stay here again.

on arrival staff from valet to front desk exuded air of "we are to cool to be bothered to help you" animal friendly room (extra fee of $150.00 had hair from previous pet all over the only chair) room was nice no room service no bellman staff at check out was aloof

Elliot Park Hotel looks beautiful but from my experience the bathroom had stains, the service from check in to check out was terrible. Not worth the price, would never stay

The room was clean but not suitable for a week-long stay for two. We had to live out of suitcases because there wasn't anywhere to keep our clothes outside of a tiny closet. The bed and shower were nice but the rest of the furniture was not comfortable to sit on. The TV was mounted flush to the wall without access to the HDMI ports, so I couldn't hook up my laptop. Charging $4 for a 10 oz bottle of water is ridiculous. Finally, a deluxe room without a view is unacceptable at this cost. There are nicer hotels in the immediate area for less money.
