Took 20 minutes to check in. The front desk person said “computer issues”. After 15 minutes I said “why don’t you try the computer next to you. She said “it’s a network issue”. She then tried the other computer and it worked. I was so frustrated with her poor service and problem solving skills.

Beds were comfy, but the HVAC system was terrible. Heat would come out of an annoyingly noisy vent on the wall near the bathroom all of the time, so if the AC on the outside wall wasn't turned on, the room temp would quickly go up to 75 degrees or more. Wall outlets near the bed were dead and the electrician wasn't able to fix it quickly so we just told him to come back after we had checked out.
Bathroom shower had a lot of mold around the edges --not properly cleaned.

Overall good experience. Clean and nice staff. Only gripe was loud both fri and sat nights. Not too too late on the loudness but for quite a bit after we were trying to sleep. Was willing to pay thw extra money for this stay as every other time we stayed it was super quiet. Don’t know if would book again because of the noise.

I have stayed here before. It has amazing breakfasts. I'm very picky when it comes to hotels in the Twin Cities. This hotel is at the top of my list for where I will stay. We drove 20 mins just stay here as I refused to stay near my daughter's apar**ent in Columbia Heights.

I was disappointed with our experience here. We never actually did stay. We had a child get sick so had to stay at home, however we had family staying in the same area. We were too late to cancel our reservation and when we asked if we could transfer the room to a family member who needed one we were told no. So we had to pay a one night stay cancellation fee and could not even allow our family members to use the room.
