利馬米拉弗洛雷斯爵怡酒店(Innside Lima Miraflores)

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

Very good location, hotel staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. I recommend this hotel.

We travelled as 3 couples and primarily speak only English. This hotel is very nice and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and staying in the Miraflores area in Lima. Feels safe and lots of restaurants and shopping to walk to. We also stayed part of our trip in Barranco and we would not recommend that area.

Great location, fantastic hotel and amazing staff. Everything was excellent, from the moment I booked the stay, with pre-checkin email to facilitate faster check-in on arrival, helpful and kind staff, great breakfast, nice amenities, rooftop pool with patio and bar, super clean and modern rooms to easy checkout on the last day. Thank you for taking a great care of us during our stay in Lima.

Todo excelente muy buena atención en la recepcion. El room service nos salvo en la noche y super bueno. Lo unico fue que el aire central del cuarto por momentos la temperatura de subia y daba calor por mas que lo regulabamos para bajarlo a 20 se mantenia entre 23 y 24 grados. Pero en la mañana se regulaba bien. No entendiamos porque pasaba eso pero ocurrio las 3 noches que estuvimos. Lo reportamos en recepcion pero no se si hicieron algo. De ahi todo excelente. Volveriamos

The hotel seemed clean, designed in a modern minimalist manner. So much so, that there was little to no storage space. The bathroom had no counter, only a sink. Rails for the handicap, but no toilet paper holder. The tp was left on the back of the toilet.

Tasty breakfast, comfortable bed. Front desk reception helpful and friendly however can’t say the same about the bar staff upstairs. Furthermore, booked this place partially due to having a rooftop pool but pool looked quite dirty and second day non operational due to excessive rain.

The overall experience was good. Staff is nice and helpful but rooms are pretty basic. Location is great.. restaurants and coffee shops nearby. My only and big complain is the hotel had a some sort of mold smell and humidity as soon as you entered ( reception) and also in my floor. It was annoying. The rest was good.

Clean, modern smallish hotel on quiet street in the popular Miraflores district. There's a 22 yard one-lane lap pool on the roof, which is why I chose it--it's unheated, so quite cold, but clean and refreshing, esp after long plane flight. Good "gastrobar" restaurant & many other places to eat close by. Really liked this place and would stay there again.
