This hotel was actually perfect from top to bottom. We had a junior suite for an overnight and I would love to spend a week in this charming place with their attentive and competent staff. The place has old world charm but doesn’t feel outdated in any way. Room is large, comfortable and pristinely prepared for the guests. They even have a pillow menu. The front desk team will find you whatever you need - no matter the day or time. We wanted to have our hair washed and styled for a dinner on the evening of our arrival. The front desk attendant did not stop calling around until she talked someone into taking us in last minute. At the bar, we received perfect service, along with complimentary snacks prepared freshly for us. - they were delicious ! We got in late and hungry from the Michelin restaurant in town where we had not liked the food - no problem, more snacks sent to our room with a bottle of wine. I am on a long trip through Europe and have stayed in various hotels - many 5 stars. This hotel was at the very top of our list service and accommodation wise. I will absolutely return to the charming town of Modena and stay at this hidden Gem !

Albergo dalla posizione eccellente vicinissimo al centro storico di Modena in cui passeggiare e banchettare ma con i comfort di una sistemazione lontana dalla confusione e dalla folla, in primis il posto-auto. Struttura elegante, perfettamente manutenuta spazi accoglienti e gradevoli. La stanza perfetta sotto tutti gli aspetti completa di tutti i comfort. Prima colazione di grande qualità per gli alimenti serviti e personale disponibile, gentile e competente Da non perdere assolutamente

We have stayed at two hotels in the Best Western group on the outskirts of Modena and can definitely recommend the Modena Resort. Even in winter, the heated water in the indoor pool is pleasant, and the steam sauna is also a great feature. The quality of the rooms arranged for us were excellent, and above all, the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel staff's hospitality is also impeccable. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely like to use it during the summer season as well. (We're sure we will have an even better stay considering you can also use the outdoor pool)

Ordinato, pulito, luminoso, moderno. Stanze e letti immensi. Bagni favolosi. Il personale professionale , gentile e iper disponibile. Ottima esperienza che se mi ricapiterà di tornare a Modena rifarò con immenso piacere. La colazione in struttura a lato collegata, favolosa.

Non so cosa dire il posto sembra indecente è insignificante,ma per qualche giorno non è male anche se è veramente costosa per quello che offre e il servizio è lento è molto scarso chi legge questa recensione può vedere anche le mie altre recensioni

Abbiamo specificatamente richiesto una culla per la nostra bimba di 2 anni, ricevendo conferma della richiesta. Al nostro arrivo in hotel ci è stato detto che le culle erano finite e in sostituzione vi era un lettino singolo, per una bimba di 2 anni??!!! A colazione non erano disponibili seggioloni. Dir che la colazione, per essere un 4 stelle, fosse dozzinale mi sembra un complimento: -pochissima scelta -cappuccino fatto dalla macchinetta -il dispenser del succo d'arancia è stato riempito dalla confezione del succo ”Bravo”
