Our experience was great, didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room, but the hotel was clean had no problems and is pet friendly. The alley between the two building is a little shady but overall no problems. Pool was clean ac worked great and so did the refrigerator. Location is a bit out, but good places to eat nearby. The breakfast was surprisingly good, make your own waffles and eggs, sausage, bacon, with toast yogurt, and cereal. Overall would definitely come back again next year if we make it to state again.

Check in was a hassle. We booked through Trip.com which was super easy. The receptionist informed us that we would have to pay an additional $100 deposit fee & charge our card for the two nights even though I told her we prepaid in full through Trip.com, showed her the booking information with booking # & pin #. She stated that that charge was a “pending charge” it was not. The manager eventually was contacted & the situation was resolved after 45mins. Just ****** after a long day of travel & having four tired kids waiting to get settled.

Overpriced, the bed was like sleeping on plywood,and we had cold water. The only thing was a plus was breakfast..Wouldnt recommend staying there.

Excellent stop over here, check in was fast and efficient, free parking, room was large, clean and beds comfortable. Location is isolated but perfect. Breakfast was a very welcomed bonus, very clean and food options tasty.

Ok employee less then welcoming, no public bathroom at check in or at pool for easy access to customers arriving per employee. lots of workers stay, drinking throwing trash

We reserved this room sight unseen, while on the road, about a half hour before we arrived in the town of Mohave. ******* says no cancellations are allowed. However, when we arrived, we discovered the hotel was directly across from some VERY busy and LOUD train tracks. Furthermore, the motel is on a VERY busy road with huge semi-tractor trucks zooming by all the time. We were exhausted from traveling, and these conditions were totally unacceptable. Had we known the noise level, we would not have reserved a room at this motel. But the proprietor said we couldn’t cancel them. To me, there is a problem with this policy. When the room is below standards, it should be allowed to cancel the reservation. I WILL NOT USE ******* AGAIN, since this was a very unfair and disappointing experience. I would appreciate hearing back from either the owner of the motel or an ******* representative. I am also hoping to receive a refund for the cost of this room. Best wishes, Mary Corbin

First, the staff were awesome. Having said that the area is sketchy at best. The absolute worst is the property is approximately 120 meters from the railroad tracks and Hwy 58 is next to that. Can you say, "continuous noise"? We will not be staying there again.

The people here are excellent and facility is clean and well kept. Our room was very clean and had a nice fresh smell upon walking in. Bathroom was updated and clean. Breakfast this morning was on point. The dining hall was well organized and the variety was great. We both enjoyed the biscuits with gravy, eggs and sausage. The waffles were on point and the coffee excellent. There is a nice older women who keeps up the hall and she is very helpful, friendly and courteous to everyone coming in. Thank you Best Western Desert Winds for and excellent experience! In many ways better than the upper end Hotel we stayed at in Las Vegas for the past few days.
