Hotel was good, close to town maybe a 20 minute walk at most

The hotel is in a convenient place for my needs. High use areas and restaurant are pleasant and comfortable. All staff were welcoming and efficient.

The food in the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast was amazingly good. The hotel room was basic but clean and had everything working.

Really enjoyed our one night stay .. no complaints I don’t know anything about the surrounding area.

Good value hotel. Nicely located between Hollyhead and Chester. Quiet and peaceful nights sleep. Rooms snug and warm but corridors and public areas a bit cooler in December. Breakfast good and plenty on offer. Very satisfied.

Pleasant one night stay. The family room was a very generous size. The check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Breakfast was delicious and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were fortunate to be allocated one of the refurbished rooms which was superb. The only slight criticism is that the room was huge and the single heater was very small. It was fine in September but think it could be rather cold in mid winter. Apart from that, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb with lots of choices

We stayed as we were attending a wedding being hosted by the hotel. Every member of staff were professional and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the rooms were to a high standard. On the day of the wedding the staff were more than happy to help in an way they could. One staff member named Ted even assisted in the design and printing of some tokens to help with the prize for a wedding quiz. I cannot fault anything with this hotel or any staff who work there.
