麥迪遜麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison, WI)

L'accueil a l'arrivée était OK. L'hôtel est propre et petit déj pratique (pas exceptionnel mais OK) En revanche, j'ai eu une très mauvais expérience avec la réceptionniste le matin: Après avoir fait plusieurs tentatives de connexion au wifi sur plusieurs appareils, le wifi annonçait toujours une connexion sans internet. Je suis donc allée le signaler à l'accueil. La personne n'en avait rien à faire, n'a pas du tout cherché à régler le problème, ne s'est pas excusé pour le service non disponible (alors qu'il est bien précisé sur le site de l'hôtel que le wifi est inclus).. Et a été particulièrement désagréable lis de notre échange et m'ignorant pour mettre fin à la conversation. Nous voyageons aux usa depuis 3 semaines, c'est la personne la plus désagréable que j'ai rencontree. Bref, a fuir !

The evening front desk people were wonderful. They were very accommodating to questions and requests. The cleaning people were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was good and had good choices. Coffee actually had flavor! The one bedroom suite is very nice and has a door that closes to the living area so it had even more privacy than I was expecting. The rooms also have refrigerator, microwave, (love this) and coffee maker. Easy on and off the highway and close to Alliant Energy Center Restaurants near by.

Overall the property was nice and welcoming however we were booked into a room that was not properly cleaned. There was pieces of food left on the floor from before, and pieces of orange or something left inside the ac unit and smeared on the unit itself. Besides our room being dirty the rest was desirable. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and the pool was clean and open late to allow the adults some time to relax.

When I booked a suite at this property, it said that there was a jetted tub in the room. This was not the case and would have been cheaper then to get a normal room

Booked because it was the most reasonable hotel close to where I was, at about half the price of the others. I expected modest and reasonably appointed, not too much. I was stunned to find the bathroom fixtures to be brand new and very modern, and the condition of all the amenities to be tops. Way nicer than I expected. Not easy to find, not all that easy to get to. But way worth the search.

Checkin staff didn’t know I was even there. Said Hi then that was the last words spoken until she gave me my room key

Hotel was clean and quiet. The only complaint I have is that the pillows were not comfortable, they seemed like some type of plastic pillow (almost like a hospital pillow). Would stay again, but would try and remember to bring my own pillow.

I loved the breakfast and the rooms were nice, clean and beautiful. I loved the bathroom walk-in shower

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very comfortable & clean. Pool & hot tub were nice. Free breakfast was typical but very satisfying. Easy access off the highway. We will definitely stay there again.
