伊爾莫洛格拉諾酒店(Masseria Il Melograno)

Trés bel endroit au milieu des oliviers multicentenaires, bien placé non loin de Monopoli. Petit encas sympathique au bord de la piscine . Chambre un peu petite et surtout mal isolée. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Une jolie étape dans notre périple des Pouilles.

Il melograno masseria perfectly maintained and managed , landscapes and design is superb , most important the service at reception & breakfast was on very high level Dinner menus is delicious and breakfast service and selection of food at buffet was wisely chosen

Tipica Masseria pugliese, di grande eleganza. Tutto eccellente, dal ristorante alle facilities disponibili agli ospiti. Personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Bellissimi gli ulivi ultracentenari disseminati nel giardino (o incastonati nelle sale interne), credo che il più "giovane" abbia 350 anni, mentre il più vecchio è millenario... Eccellente location per una vacanza "su misura" che, comunque, previlegi il relax. Un plus, il lido del Tamerici Beach Club, a pochi chilometri disponibile per gli ospiti anche con servizio navetta. La posizione dell'hotel consente, poi, di raggiungere facilmente Monopoli, Polignano, Alberobello ed altre località che vale la pena di visitare.

Heerlijke luxe maar wel gezellig. Super vriendelijk. Het lekkerste ontbijt. Restaurant was top. Prachtige kamers. Fijn zwembad. Alles klopt. In de natuur en maar 10 minuten van Monopoli. Jammer dat het strandpaviljoen van het zuster hotel nog dicht was eind mei. Het was prachtig weer. Genoten...

I was there for 4 nights. I was found the place ok. They over charge for my massages and when I complained the front desk said that I signed for it. When I looked at the signature it was not mine. When I told the that to the lady at the front desk she looked at me like I do not know and I can not do anything. Night person who are to watch over the hotel where where asleep on the coaches in the lobby at 3am. This say a luxury hotel but it lacked a lot.

We just stayed here 10/8 - 10/11. 2 nights in standard room and 2 nights in junior suite. It’s a beautiful property but over-all not a high-end attitude for a hotel billed to be top notch. We r not really that particular but this place sits out in the country which is ok but just felt like we were too isolated even within the property as nothing going on at all. 1. Jr suite at almost 3x’s more expensive was ridiculous considering furnishings etc were identical to standard room. Had an entrance room with a tv which I didn’t know what you would use this room for. Bathroom had a tub which standard room did not. Basically the same room. Way way overpriced for jr suite. 2. Grass at pool was over grown 3. Needed to go find someone to order a drink for sitting by pool. No service 3. If you want a drink, needed to go to front desk and ask….. the ‘bar’ was a beautiful spot but no bartender ever there…. And I mean never! Don’t think they have a bartender. 4. Maybe a bit off-season but property felt deserted. Could hear a pin drop. 5. Lady who showed us to our room basically ran to the room and we’re pretty darn agile. No conversation about room and where things were. 5. Breakfast was good and you can order omelettes. Buffet had nice selections Net is, nice property with beautiful buildings and landscaping. But overall, not a place to stay if you want to feel part if a place. Very lonely feeling but I’m sure many would love this.

Total überbewertet. Das Hotel hat etwas über 40 Zimmer ist aber alles andere als luxuriös und die Zimmer teilweise super laut. Warum SLH solche Hotels aufnimmt ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. Viele Radfahrer bleiben nur für eine Nacht. Absolut kein Hotel um sich dort aufzuhalten. Der Service ist teilweise ruppig. Die Küche ein Witz. Nirgends in Apulien habe ich so schlecht gegessen. Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten gesehen und es gibt sicher bessere Hostels. Wir waren 5 Tage dort und sagen ganz klar. Ein no go und niemals wieder.

La masseria è indubbiamente una struttura meravigliosa in ottima posizione abbastanza vicino al mare e immersa all’interno di una distesa di ulivi secolari. Peccato per il servizio, che in troppe occasioni dimostra che di lusso ha ben poco. Non ci si può improvvisare albergo 5 stelle senza un personale qualificato, senza un servizio accurato e soprattutto senza una assistenza al cliente adeguata. Il personale, indubbiamente cortese e disponibile, tranne un paio di eccezioni che emergono visibilmente non sembra avere alcuna professionalità. Si respira improvvisazione un po’ ovunque! Per non parlare della SPA e della palestra, entrambe all interno di una grande struttura in parte chiusa e ormai trascurata e abbandonata. Si intuisce essere una bella struttura ancora in vita grazie a un antico splendore ormai in estremo declino. Basterebbe poco, meno arroganza e un filo di modestia in più da parte del personale della struttura, compreso la spiaggia.

Posto incantevole, tutto perfetto, peccato per la poca disponibilità della struttura, durante il soggiorno ho subito un lutto familiare e non mi è stato possibile recuperare neanche in altro periodo le notti già pagate…a volte basta poco anche una piccola attenzione segno di rispetto e sensibilità. Peccato perché ci sarei sicuramente ritornata!
