夏洛特夢露萬豪萬楓套房酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Monroe)

We reserved our room probably close to 10 months in advance and we requested a king. Upon arrival we were informed we got 2 queens. Just seems strange that we booked months ago and couldn’t get our requested room. Parking lot was small and only a few spaces to spare in the evening. Breakfast was a little disappointing but if you’re a bagel or oa**eal fan, it looked nice. Room was clean but we could hear everyone coming and going outside our door. Mini fridge didn’t get very cold at all. Elevators always smelled like cigarettes. I would say it was a little expensive compared to other comparable hotels. Staff was very friendly.

The proximity to the location we needed to be close to was great

The hotel was very clean and the staff were some of the most polite people I have encountered on a hotel stay.

Great location. Convenient to all local restaurants, shopping, and close to nearby attractions. Breakfast was a good selection of bagels, muffins, toast, grits, oa**eal, and a few hot items like quiches and microwavable sausage biscuits. Fruit, milk, yogurt, and coffee was also offered. The pool is small and the weight room is small. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

Our stay was really nice only thing is there where no towels or trash bags. Which made me feel like maybe the housekeepers had not really finished cleaning the room throughly before our check in. But the lady at the front desk apologized and corrected it.

This hotel was clean and the staff are very polite and accommodating. The breakfast was simple but more than enough.

The staff is very disrespectful. Don’t know how to talk to customers

The room was spacious and clean. Lots of amenities in the room. Plenty of outlets and places to charge devices. Plenty of lights. Temperature was comfortable and easy to control. Bathroom shower was amazing! Lots of counter space.

Great staff….easy check in-out.
