安大略阿普蘭速8酒店(Super 8 by Wyndham Upland Ontario CA)

Camas y almohadas muy incomodas. No había agua caliente disponible en los baños. En el desayuno sólo había disponible café y sobre de avena. Hicimos reserevacion para 6 noches, sin embago sólo nos quedamos una noche y cancelamos. La persona en el mostrador fue muy amable y nos hicieron el reembolso de las 5 noches restantes.

Fue terrible, la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel, habían pelos en la cama y en el baño,la ropa de cama vieja llena de huecos, camas mal tendidas, hotel viejo y sucio por fuera y dentro, pesima atención, no hubo el desayuno que prometian, el lugar es muy peligroso, llegaron muchas patrullas en una noche no se podia dormir, en la bañera sale un sonido molesto,un desastre de lugar.

Check in was efficient with few words exchanged. Seriously no greeting at all and lobby was closed ar 3:30 pm. Room sp**** and mostly clean. No service during 4 night stay but then didn't ask for any. As a spot to sleep only, ok but wouldn't want to hang out there.

This hotel is completely disgusting the bathroom was dirty the bathtub was gross stains everywhere pillows are super tiny smaller than throw pillows that go on the couch the sheets and towels are super thin the blankets on top are super thin it’s not even a comforter there were stains on the sheets the AC unit didn’t work it cut on and off on its own even though it wasn’t on auto this hotel is just gross did not stay here disgusting the staff is not helpful at all and they’re very rude.

We were not greeted upon arrival, the front desk person checked us in while talking on his cell phone the entire time, he did not say anything to us except “name?” And “sign here”. The room was dirty, hair all over the tub and sink, and smelled of cigarettes. Do not recommend.

Went to get a room for my mother and daughter and Myself. I go to room and there is no soap or towels at all. So i go back to office and tell him. He said there should be some cleaning staff should have left them. But there wasn't so he gave me towels. After going in pool my daughter wanted to shower she didn't want to because of they way shower tub looked 😒 it was horrible. I had to put a towel down so she can take shower, place needed alot of work . Police constantly driving in parking lot. Not a family place to stay at all

I stayed here to rest and get peace just me bu myself and was worth it basically paise from the world and yes it was worth it love this place the male Indian guy could be nicer but can’t have it all the female check in lady is the nicest caring one of any hotel motel iv been too and understands life happens thank you super 8 rooms are clean and comfy is bring my grandparents here put it that way!!
