比昂迪酒店(Hotel Biondi)

Hotel molto carino e pulito. Si trova nel centro di Montecatini terme in una zona molto tranquilla, ma se si cerca qualcosa da fare la sera a 200m si trovano dei bar e dei locali. La cucina è buona e molto abbondante, la colazione è al buffet mentre la cena è composta da un antipasto fisso e poi a seguire primo, secondo, contorno e dolce a scelta. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile nel fornire indicazioni sulle attrazioni locali e dei dintorni. Questo hotel è ottimo per visitare Montecatini terme e le città circostanti (noi abbiamo visitato Firenze e Lucca).

Nous avons passé une nuit étape avec nos 2 filles de 7 et 10 ans, qui s'est très bien passé. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking à tarif raisonnable, un peu plus loin que l'entrée. Le personnel est accueillant et parle français. La chambre pour 4 est très très spacieuse, dans un style très fleuri (on aime ou on n'aime pas !) avec une grande baie vitrée. Il y a même un dressing ! La salle de bains est très propre. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester, dommage ! Seul le petit déjeuner n'était pas au niveau. Il y avait certes des gâteaux maison, mais la charcuterie, le fromage et, surtout, les jus de fruits, n'étaient pas terribles. Bref, nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, dans la région de Florence.

Il cibo non era commestibile e sapeva di tutto tranne di quello che era ma stiamo scherzando spero io mi sono sentito male per aver mangiato un panino (ho vomitato) e non. Aveva il sapore di pane sapeva di candeggina devono chiudere assolutamente questo posto

Nella mia camera singola al quinto piano non c'era il piatto doccia ma la vasca senza tappetino antiscivolo, quindi consiglierei di metterlo. Si mangia discretamente, migliorabili sia la colazione che la cena in quanto è un quattro stelle. Per il resto mi sono trovata bene.

ho fatto le più belle vacanze di Natale grazieeee ❤️ a tutti voi siete stati semplicemente stupendiiiiiii dal personale della sala al personale delle pulizie mi avete fatto sentire in famiglia e che dire dello chef super stellato Grace e Roberto vi avrò nel ❤️ 10 stelle per la pazienza del personale dovuto a certa gente che non sa COSA sia il rispetto per il lavoro altrui

Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle, forse negli anni 70 ma non ora . Arrivati in hotel chiediamo del parcheggio e ci dicono che se non abbiamo risposto all’ email di prenotazione del parcheggio è perché il parcheggio era completo. Allucinante! Inizio con la prenotazione. Prenotazione di una camera quadrupla, due adulti e due bambini . Arriviamo in hotel e ci dicono di averci dato due camere comunicanti, ma la doppia chiave ha suscitato qualche dubbio . Arrivati al piano erano due camere classiche e non comunicanti . Secondo loro i bambini dormivano in una stanza e noi in in altra . Dopo la protesta ci sentiamo rispondere che pensavano fi farci un favore. Alla fine sistemati un una tripla perché non c’era posto e abbiamo dovuto dormire in tre nel letto grande. No comment. Hotel pessimo , letto con le molle, bagni vecchi e la porta non si chiudeva , arredamento molto arretrato. Colazione normale, ma non da 4 stelle . Non lo consiglio

We went to this hotel on a coach party. Although the staff were very friendly and polite, we did not rate this hotel at all and would not go there again. It did however have a very good indoor pool with sun bathing area at the side. THE ROOM - the air conditioning did not work - it was 38 degrees outside at one point! The shower drainage did not work and there was a danger of it overflowing all over the bathroom floor. Admittedly this was fixed the next day once I had reported it to reception. The flickering bulb however was ignored and we had to put up with it all week. The toilet seat was loose and moved about on the pan - I would have thought the cleaning staff would report this and get it fixed but no, it didn't happen. The balcony only had one chair on it - this was a double room! THE RESTAURANT - Breakfast was ok I guess, with the usual continental style of cheese and ham etc, but the scrambled egg was stone cold every morning although being placed in a warming container. They simply had no idea how to keep it warm. The evening meals were extremely poor. They were boring, unimaginative and sparce - I have seen larger children's portions! We started with some sort of small dish of mush which looked like left overs from the day before which they called an appetiser. This was followed by a choice of either soup or pasta, which I must admit wasn't bad, however the shock came when the main course arrived. It was tiny, Luke warm at the most, sometimes stone cold. The menu said this was accompanied by 'Side dishes of the day' which was lettuce. Just lettuce. Every day. With everything. How they had the nerve to call it 'Salad' when they were bringing it round I have no idea. Hardly anyone ate this as it never went with the dishes they were serving up. There was bread, breadsticks and cracker biscuits on the table but we had to ask for butter every day. The sweet was a slice of dried cake mostly and did not include ice cream or cream to go with the cake. One of our party had chicken one night which was totally inedible and was just skin and bone. She called the manager over who just seemed to laugh it off and did not replace it. There was complimentary wine and water on the table every day but the wine was cheap, low quality stuff that was only really suitable for cooking. A lot of people left this but unfortunately it was wasted as the bottles were opened before you went in. It would have been better to dispense with this and provided a better meal in my opinion. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel and if you are wanting fine dining this is not the place for you! We normally look forward to our evening meals when on holiday but alas it didn't happen this time. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? No.
