S酒店蒙特哥灣 - 豪華精品全包酒店(S Hotel Montego Bay)

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

Séjour extraordinaire. L’hôtel est top, le personnel est à l’écoute, serviable et super sympa. Grande variété au niveau de la nourriture. Bien situé. Il y’a plusieurs shops, bar et restaurant pas loin. A 10-15 minutes à pied de la ville. Pour revenir à l’hôtel, ils proposent chaque jour des activités. La plage est top. Je ne peux que vous recommander cet hôtel. Par contre je vous conseille de prendre les plus grandes chambres si vous êtes deux c’est plus agréable.

The S Hotel is a wonderfully decorated hotel with loads of Jamaican culture, artwork and history of the island. The pool areas are relaxing and chic. The beach area is a bit small for the size of the hotel. The staff was very mediocre, not overly friendly or helpful. I had the most inexperienced masseuse I have ever encountered at the spa and felt rushed. The food in the restaurants is limited, small portions and although its an all inclusive, you cannot even order an extra side or appetizer. The coconut shrimp came with 2 shrimp on the plate. The drinks barely have any alcohol. The people staying at the hotel were all very nice but this place is not worth the money AT ALL!

The staff at S hotel were exceptional from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! They were accommodating in every aspect that we needed and more. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious every day we were there and provided plenty of options. Bartenders, waiters, and cooks were all very welcoming and incredibly kind. Transportation is very easy to come across. We had our driver, Phillip, pick us up at the airport and we used him for the remainder of our trip for our excursion and ride back to the airport. He was incredibly friendly and let us know popular areas to visit and a bit of history about Jamaica. We were so sad to leave, but can’t wait to make our next adventure there in the future!

My husband booked this property for my 30th and it was the best vacation I have ever had. A Hotel is a very classy, bougie, luxurious resort with exceptionally great customer service. The food was yummy, the vibe was soooo relaxed and the room!! We were in a large suite that had a double large shower, a balcony, a soak in tub and an amazing/stunning ocean view and also a view of the hotels pool area. We had an amazing time. Thank you S Hotel!

My fiancé and I enjoyed this resort so much. Definitely would stay here again. Food was amazing, staff was very good from check in to check out. Rooms was amazing and the double shower in the room with the tub was simply amazing. Bartenders were all amazing and surprisingly they had top shelf liquor which most resorts don’t have. Entertainment every night was creative & good.

The S Hotel was wonderful. We went from the airport (and back) to the resort in just a few minutes. The property and beach were clean and safe. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always greeting us when we walked by. The food was excellent, I strongly suggest making reservations at the Rocksteady restaurant when possible. A special shout-out goes to the piano player there, who was awesome; and to DJ Spooky Don, who played the poolside reggae all afternoon. The next time we return to Montego Bay, we will be staying at the S Hotel! :-)

We've never stayed at a small resort before so had no idea what to expect. It was beautiful and clean. The beach is stunning. Everyone is attentive and they remember your name. These things are lost when you go to the big resorts. The managers onsite were very accommodating, especially Marlon. We were there for a friends 50th bday gathering and at one point there were over 30 of us no issues whatsoever.
