格蘭德景觀酒店(Hotel Grand A View)

Hotel has great view that's about it. Alot of staff are very rude even the bartender lady. Pay cash for your $100 hold don't put it on your card if you're planning to use some of that money for your trip. Horrible experience!!! Don't stay here!! For price you can find better! Would give 0 stars!

Front Desk was pleasant and made up feel so welcome. The rooms were extremely clean and breakfast was way more than what I expected. Will definitely stay again..

Need some help with staff

Vi var på besök i Gyaltego Bay i tre dagar. Vi är nöjda med läget av hotellet, nära stan och flygplatsen, samt vacker utsikt. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. Skulle kunna bo där igen

Wonderful customer service! Clean, updated room. Food was pretty good. Conveniently located a couple minutes from the airport and shuttle provided.

This was the best location and the view the view was amazing from the 3rd floor seaside terrace! The food was amazing! Staff was great they provide free shuttle to beach and nearby shopping. Our driver Romorro was very professional knowledgeable about Jamaica and very nice to give you prompt service from the beach and back safely! I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

The staff make this place! I got stuck in Jamaica related to passport issues and they were a good price and the staff was unreal when it came to all aspects!

The stay was excellent..just had a problem with the hot water before showering but once we notified the front desk ..everything was perfect... our driver with the shuttle was excellent. I would stay here again...oh yeah the restaurant was delicious
