莫塞拉阿拉門旅館(Palazzo Mosela Alla Porta)

In questa struttura non c'è alcun tipo di assistenza dalle 20 alle 9 del mattino.Nessuno ti accoglie all'arrivo,il check in avviene tramite foto dei documenti,nessuno ti congeda alla partenza.Quindi avendo avuto un grave problema presso la struttura che mi ha rovinato in parte la vacanza ,non ho avuto la possibilità di contattare nessuno.Ho letto troppo tardi che il tutto è in mano ad una società i cui impiegati rispondono solo in orario d'ufficio. Se disgraziatamente perdi la chiave della stanza si può dormire su una panchina di Montepulciano .Sconsigliato soprattutto a famiglie con bambini!!!

Bellissima esperienza, posizione utile a girare in zona e servizi efficienti. Dalle finestre del palazzo storico si vedono vallate a perdita d'occhio e, come sorpresa, ci siamo ritrovati la stessa vista anche dal soggiorno. Consigliatissimo anche il ristorante Porta di Bacco, di fronte alla Mosela, dove siamo stati a cena la sera stessa.

Ho soggiornato a Palazzo Mosela per un evento di lavoro i quali organizzatori hanno scelto la location; viaggiando molto non ci faccio più caso, ma lo staff di questo posto ha saputo veramente come seguirci ed instaurare un rapporto di professionalità e simpatia al contempo. Essendo un palazzo quattrocentesco la preziosità della struttura parla da sé, ma è anche ben ubicato in quanto si trova all'ingresso delle mura antiche in comunicazione tra centro storico e servizi extra-urbani. Tornerò con la mia famiglia!

It was very difficult to find. It would’ve been helpful to have instructions on the parking situation. The room smells very strongly of a heavy perfume. It was almost unbearable. Was very cold the heater did not work, and there was nobody to help. We had somebody from a nearby restaurant actually follow us to the hotel room to try to figure out the heater, unsuccessfully. Staff is only there for short period in the morning. Ludo when he was, there was friendly and helpful

2 couples had rooms 3 & 4. We stayed in Oct from Tues-Friday. This Hotel is convenient, Ludo was responsive, the room is large, had good air conditioning and shower had great pressure. This hotel is affiliated with a couple restaurants and enotecas. The good news is that they were amazing. The Porto di Bacco enoteca is directly across the street and has amazing wine expert. They are also a restaurant. We are at Antica di Trattoria Marzocco which was also delish. (Need reservations) the free breakfast is up the street at Pilazzo Avignonesi. They open before 8 and the service is exceptional. Selection of pastries was extensive If I had to pick this hotel apart it will be because 1) the mattress pad is vinyl which made it hotter than necessary and 2) the hairdryer for long hair is small and cheap. A few $’s from the owners could solve these issues easily. These is no elevator. But the town itself doesn’t either. The hotel is on the street. We are heavy sleepers so the nighttime dinner crowd did not bother us. I had no problem getting to sleep. Room 4 has a nice sitting area and if you open the windows you’ll get a cross breeze. Overall, this place was inexpensive and perfect for us.

A nice hotel with only 6 rooms. Hotel situated at the gate to the town, some noice from tourist and a pleasant church bell that chimes. Self check in via whatsapp and keys ready upon arrival. Room very tuscan and spacious. Breakfast not served within hotel however included at cafe round the corner which was coffee, croissant and juice. Parking a few feet away in car park which was 10 euros per 24 hr stay.

Great location, comfortable rooms and attentive staff. We would definitely stay here again, although it should be noted that there are no elevators at this property. Overall we had a wonderful stay!!

We spent one night here. We arrived late and we found no staff at the reception desk on which we were informed previously in a WhatsApp message. We found an envelope addressed for us containing the key and some additional information, so checking in was fast and problem-free. Our stay was fine here. The beds were comfortable and so the pillows are. The room was quite spacious and had an authentic style. It was very clean. The breakfast was also OK. I prefer the self-service breakfast much better, but it was OK: you can choose a croissant/other sweet buns, or a sandwich or some fruit with a coffee or cappuccino. This place is not a peaceful and quiet one so if you wish to have a place like that, go somewhere else. This is a hotel within the gates of a famous tourist attraction which means that there are people in the streets and bars in the nearby, so it is obvious that you’ll hear some noise even at night. We could sleep and had no problems with noises. The only negative thing is that the floor in the room was extremely cold since it was stone. For me, some rugs would look good and be useful. All in all, we had no problems here.

The view from the balcony was out of this world. Fabulous host and extremely helpful. Superb restaurant .
