1252 號酒店(The Inn at 1252 Monterey)

Viewing the website of this hotel the rooms looked updated, clean, and bright. Based on this I booked a room and paid top dollar for the low rated hotel. I was totally disgusted when I walked into the room. It had not been updated in many years, there was to fan or AC to cool the room off. The shampoo and body wash wall mounted containers were empty in the shower, the furniture was worn and looked dirty. I was able to see another room as the maid was cleaning so I could make a comparison. The hotel’s policy was no refunds and at almost $400 for one night I had no recourse but to stay. It has been my experience that booking through a third party you are not treated the same at the hotel for service or a decent room. I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The area is nice it’s right off the freeway and just minutes from downtown. Rooms were clean and guy in the office was very helpful.

Comfort In で予約したのに、ホテルの名前が変わっていて、The Inn at 1252 Montereyになっていました。ホテルの前を行ったり来たりしてしまいました。 受付の方に聞いたら3年前に変わったとの事。 紛らわしいので、変更して下さい。 お部屋とても綺麗で快適でした。

Didn’t like the frosted glass bathroom door. Completely see through. We had a do not disturb sign on the door and apparently the housekeepers decided not to respect the sign. They had a loud conversation going on right outside our door.

All the electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom. Told management and they said it was a broken hair dryer. I explained all 4 outlets didn't work so it was more than the hair dryer. Where they put the coffee pot there was no outlet to plug into. When you stepped out of your room there was a huge puddle of water from the air conditioning unit. Very slippery.

Booked a room and requested specifics and none of my requests were. Room was very small and not a quiet area. Bed was out dated. Walked in & walked out. Because I went to the room for 15 minutes, the manager wouldn’t approve a full or partial refund. Ridiculous and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The photos posted did not represent the room we had overnight! This hotel is LOUD and does not stand behind its 10pm quiet hour Rooms cramped beds HORRIBLE and esthetically not what was represented online photos.

The beds diffently need an upgrade. Feet like they havent been chaged in a decade. We had no water pressure the 1st night. The 2nd day no water at all, we had to change rooms. One good thing is the bathrooms were big. Down fall in bathroom the hair dryers didnt work very well. We did feel safe in the area.
