Laundry was closed The room had a fireplace which rattled constantly in the wind. We complained and said nothing they can do So this 5 feet from the bed = stuff all sleep

Was in a very good location I liked the room a lot one like the room a lot wouldn't mind staying again the only thing is you have to put down a deposit which I do not like putting down the deposit I'm telling you I do not understand why they're like doing that but everything else was very good early good would stay there again

There were ants in our room and when we asked to change they wanted to view them. We moved and there were spiders and flying ants in the next. Room was a lot for this condition. The property is run down. Parking lot is run down. If you have alternate choices I would choose elsewhere.

My wife, kids and I did a spur of the moment get-away and went for price…and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, comfortable, and the workers were friendly. There were lots of restaurants and a 711 nearby. It was close to the freeway and still close enough to the action that we didn’t feel like we were left behind. Finally, we could bring our dogs—which was priceless! For the price, 10/10! We will be back!

The staff at registration was friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained. However, our room has dirty floors and looks like it was not mopped properly. My family stayed for 2 nights and the cleaning lady was stingy in giving towels. Except for the cleanliness of the room and towel issue, we enjoyed our stay. It's also pet friendly which is a huge plus for us.

Stayed in the double king suite and it is huge! Pretty funny to have the tub in the living area. Very friendly staff at check in. Paid $400 because of the Jazz festival but the proximity to the fairgrounds and the spaciousness of the suite made it worth it.

A large family suite with lots of room. Location was good and parking free and easy. However, the coach and chairs in the room are very old and dirty. The patio furniture very dirty and not usable. We also had ants on the floor in the bathroom upon arrival but after we cleaned it up they did not come back.

I stay in a hotel 3 days a week for work. This hotel is advertised as a nicer place than what's real...especially having paid 200/night. It is in serious need of remodel. Potholes in parking, smell in room, different flooring throughout suite and kitchen that is a blast from the past. First night about 3am...hear what seemed to be gunfire and early morning...dump truck and people tending to dumpster outside my window without enclosure. I had a distasteful encounter with front desk when they tried power calling room during my phone/zoom call with clients. I first placed my meeting on mute and let the phone ring out...but he kept calling....finally, upon answering, the front desk asked me to move my truck that it was in a reserved spot for another suite. I requested that i move it in 10-15 min as I was preoccupied but he insisted a guest was waiting and that I must move it immediately. First of all, the hotels dumpster was placed in the parking stall nearest my suite and no signs indicated parking as reserved. Although frustrated, I moved my truck to the other side of the hotel. No one parked in the stall I freed up all evening...I am pretty sure it was a rediculous power trip. I stay at a lot of hotels as I am a platinum member...and this hotel ranks among the worst. I really do like to olace positive feedback and give credit where it is due but this hotel and staff really irked me.

It doesnt look like the pictures, The room wasnt clean We checked ina and then spent thw day out got in around 930 ish and did shiwers and bed times i noticed a crack in the sink and called the front desk immediately but the lady blamed me for it and charged me 200 for damages that i didnt cause and yelled at me and told me to just be honest but i didnt break the sink. We used the hotel soley for somewhere to sleep and thats it.
