Atendimento da recepção terrível! Duas pessoas nos atenderam durante a estadia, recomendo uma análise urgente dos profissionais! Eles certamente não gostam de seus trabalhos! Ficamos em um quarto standard, com uma clarabóia no teto! Se você gosta de dormir no escuro, esse lugar não é para você! Por sorte ficamos só uma noite

We had 3 rooms for a family trip. One room had hot water in the tub but not in the sink. We didn't notice it until 11 pm so we figured, not a show stopper, we would just call in the morning. Called the front desk at 8:30 am and was told they would inform maintenance. Returned to the hotel late afternoon and it wasn't fixed. Talked to a different front desk clerk and was told, "Oh, she (the a.m. clerk) always forgets that stuff." The sink was fixed within the hour. This is our third stay at this hotel in the last few years.

The walls must be paper thin because I could hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms nearby & I mean everything… at least get beds that don’t squeak as much if you’re gonna have such thin walls! I learned their names at 1:30am. Can’t be mad at the couples, I’m sure they had fun but I just don’t want to hear every little moan & detail. The stay was not good. The street nearby caused such loud sounds of traffic & motorcycles. If the rooms were more soundproof, & the chair wasn’t so torn up & the wall repair jobs weren’t so bad & the jacuzzi hours weren’t so lame, it would’ve been nice. Overpriced for sure considering the experience.

The room was basic and clean. The bed was extremely firm. Noise carries. We could hear people talking outside near the pool area in our room. Overall, it's a comfortable basic hotel but the cost doesn't line up with what you get. We came during the Women's US Open, so it's possible rates increased due to that. I'd consider staying again if rates were more in line with the type of hotel it is.

We upgraded to a suite with a spa, the spa didn’t work and they knew it. We let them know it wasn’t working and they said an engineer would look at it while we were out. When we arrived back, we followed up and they said it worked. It did not- so the engineer came back while we were there. He couldn’t fix it- so he stepped out and then came back to tell us. His boss was aware and we could use it as a tub. We paid $200 extra per night for the spa. They agreed to give us $150 total reimbursement after our hotel . Com stepped in. However at check out they negated the refund which didn’t even cover the difference of 1 night. The refrigerator was broken, the housekeeper know led on our door each morning - waking us even though it says to schedule housekeeping if you need it. Which we hadnt. The door swipes don’t work at every entrance and we got locked out a couple of times. Fraudulent in advertising what they knowingly don’t have or is out of order, and the. Not honoring the restitution.

We were so excited for the in-room spa tub, however, it was old, peeling, and so gross looking we chose not to use it. Windows facing the highway are so thin you might as well be sleeping on the street itself… Overall disappointing especially since this was not one of the cheaper options
