弗蘭卡別墅旅館(Villa Franca Inn)

I have stayed at vf several times over the last 3 years. I don’t need anything extraordibarily “specila” as someone with low expectations, and with that being said, easily satisfied. Cleanliness and a disruptive sleep is all I really need and get both..along with a coffeemaker in the room as a good “perk”. 🙂

This is really a nice, comfortable, clean and most of all accessible to restaurants and market. I love the clean smell of the room. They don’t have air conditioning but that’s ok but it’s cool at night. I will definitely stay here again. My friends are very happy.

Value for money. Very clean and very convenient from freeway. Towels feels new and soft. They have coffee machine, microwave and small fridge in the room. They provide free coffee and fruits at the front desk.

Within walking distance to Fisherman's wharf and waterfront,but was at a five way intersection and was very noisy. Room itself was clean but carpet outside hotel rooms was worn, dirty and stained. Front desk staff were very helpful.

WARNING! Please and Please avoid this hotel at ALL cost. I was in an important meeting and slightly late for checkout. Then, a creepy looking weird looser type of guy thrusts into my room and asks me to leave. I said let the meeting complete in 2 mins, he comes back at exactly 2 mins and unfortunately my meeting went little over. And he shouted at me, and kicked me out of the room. Very insulting. I went to office to talk to him but he starts shouting n behaving highly inappropriately. He said "is your meeting so important?" My response is " Yes, loser, much more important than you"

Clean, with comfortable bed. Convenient to waterfront. Unfortunately, the location is at the corner of a highly trafficked 5-way intersection, so noise was an issue from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Which may be why the rate was lower than most other Monterey properties.

We had read in the reviews that this site is not air conditioned. However since even in July the weather at night was 60° or below, we decided to go for it, especially since the rates everywhere else were higher. A Tower floor fan was in the room which we utilized. The accommodations were very clean with exception of the carpet being a bit dirty near the doorway. The beds were very comfortable. The towels and linens were very nice. The location was excellent for the usual sites to see in Monterey. On-site parking was available with no problem during our stay. Coffee or tea and bananas were available in the office. We would stay again.
