Staybridge Suites 蒙特雷 - 聖佩德羅(Staybridge Suites Monterrey - San Pedro)

Todo hubiera sido excelente, las instalaciones, la ubicación, la comida, todo de primera, el problema es que no he recibido mi factura y el email que me dieron en recepcion para enviar mis datos ni siquiera existe, los envié de nuevo al contacto de la pagina del hotel directamente pero sigo sin recibir respuesta...

Excelente habitación , ubicación y desayuno , de lo mejor está cadena

Muy buen servicio pero las instalaciones de las habitaciones ya muy viejas. Baños muy deteriorados aunque funcionando. Cortinas y alfombras viejas aunque limpias. Las opciones de TV muy anticuados. Personal excelente y muy servicial. Sobre todo las de limpieza y cocina.

El lugar es muy bueno, limpio y con buen almuerzo. El Problema es que el fin de semana hacen carrera frente al Hotel, y se vuelve difícil su salida o ingreso. (DOMINGOS)

Muy buena opción. Estupendo location, todo muy cerca. La opción del estacionamiento es muy funcional. El hotel necesita una renovación. El personal es super amable y el hotel esta muy limpio

Imagine arriving at 2am at a hotel where you have a reservation already paid (by points) and to be told that your reservation was cancelled due to no show at midnight. Then being told that the only way you can get a room is by getting another reservation. We agreed (hoping to solve the matter in the morning). A reservation was made at what was portrayed as “the lowest rate available” that was $40 more than what IHG’s app had. Then being given the run around in the morning. I have waited 48 hours to hear from the manager since I was assured that he would be in touch. After this hasn’t happened, I am writing this. Obviously the charge will be disputed with my credit card as well. There are plenty of hotels in Monterrey, including many fine IHG properties. Avoid this one!
