We love Resorts World but the staff at the front desk was dishonest when I arrived and that caused weeks of unnecessary back and forth.

Overall it was a great spot for a quiet winter vacation. Especially clean. Very friendly staff. Many dining options. Pool/Hot tub was great.

Great service upon arrival. A little disappointed that agent was not aware of ADA accommodations. Asked for a room with a bathtub was given a room with a shower. Too tired after driving to return too front desk. Beautiful room which required the request of an ironing board. The First ironing board was broken, then the second arrived after we gave up waiting. Overall nice weekend.

The room we had is quite large and clean. But the TV is at a 90 degree angle and very uncomfortable to watch. The mattress and pillows are horrible. Very soft. Did not sleep well. There is no room service available. The restaurant offerings are mediocre.

The mattresses were awful. The garbage pails do not come with liners making them unsanitary and hard to dispose. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser are reused and refilled not sure how many times wording which is which are rubbed out and not legible. In addition making it unsanitary when this is touched by so many people using the rooms. Even the cheapest motel gives you closed new bottles of Shampoo.When I booked a massage in the spa the locker and showe room was ice cold with no heat. Sauna was ice cold. Steam room was out of order. They charged an arm and a leg telling me all amenities were included but I could not use any of them due to what I just mentioned above.

Friendly staff . I was greeted with a warm hello. Very relaxing spot to go to . The rooms are very spacious. I love this place . I will be coming back.

Very nice rooms. Most expensive greasy on-site breakfast in the 24/7 Cafe I have ever paid for !

Arrive on nov 3 everything was ok until i reach my room king suite. Everything looked nice until i reached the bathroom and notice that the water in the toilet was a little brown..i didnt pay it no mind until later that night after a couple of flushes the water was still brown. The next day before my wife enter the shower i told her to run the water first just incase stuff was stuck in the water line..as she started to shower seconds later she screamed and say whats wrong with the water she then show me the rag she was using and from white it turned brown completely brown and told her to come out let it run..later that day we went downstairs spoke to the attendant of the situation showed her pictures of the situation and she said she was sending someone to look at it. Next day again same issue and left a cup in The bathroom sink with the brown water..this water was all over our bodies i had to make sure that while brushing our teeth the water was clear, didnt get into our eyes etc. For the price i paid to spend a weekend away it almost felt like it was a waste...no clean water a late checkout was offered but it wasnt necessary because we no longer wanted to stay there. We came home and the first thing we did was to shower.

I took my wife for her birthday. Everything was excellent across-the-board we are definitely going back.
