蒙彼利埃酒店(The Inn at Montpelier)

******* ne semble pas connaître les conditions particulières des hébergements recommandés... The Inn at Montpelier est fermé pour cause d'inondation majeure! J'ai pourtant reçu un courrield'******* la veille de mon arrivée pour m'inciter à y aller!!! Mauvaise surprise!!! J'ai malheureusement dû continuer ma route Aujourd'hui je reçois votre demande d'appréciation Ëtes -vous fous ?

La ville avait subi des inondations et ni l’hôtel ni expédia ne nous a prévenu. L’hôtel était fermé en raison des inondations et de la décontamination. Nous sommes arrivés à 18h et n’avons trouvé aucun autre hôtel si tard pour la nuit. Très mauvais service à la clientèle de la part d’expedia. J’espère n’avoir aucun montant débité sur ma carte.

Located right near restaurants and shops. Great location. Room is spacious. Price was right.

I felt like we had the servants room. I had heard there were issues with heating but I could not cancel. I called and was assured it was fixed. Our room was too warm. We had to turn the heat off and close the registers. It was still 70 in the am in our room. Our room was over the kitchen and noisy. There were curtain rods but no curtains. Only a straight back desk chair in the room. There was a sitting area down the hallway. Our son had a room that was double the size of ours with much better decor. The pizza/bar was nice.

The room was nice clean comfy bed but the continental breakfast was not my cup of tea when I stay at a big breakfast I expect a nice breakfast for the price I pay. I’ve stayed in a lot of them and had delicious meals not enthused about continental breakfast. We ended up going down the road and eating at a different place to have a good meal, but other than that we had a good stay.

Nice outdoor dining options on site and good access to downtown Montpelier. Lovely historic building.

The place was super quaint, but it’s very dated. The room we stayed in was super hot and there was no way to turn the heaters off. The people working there left around 9:30pm, so there was nobody for us to ask about turning the heat off or the AC on. There was a free continental breakfast though which was a nice surprise

It was noisy because of the rooms being over a restautant. And, My room was TOO HOT! The heat was off, and I turned the small window AC to 64 deg F, set it on HIGH, and I was still too warm all night, I doid NOT sleep well. AS I checked out at 6: 00 AM, there was no one to complain to nor ask for CREDIT back for my stay. I SHOULD receive credit back for my stay!

It is obvious they have not fully recovered from the summer flood. The room was very spacious and the King bed comfortable. Bathroom adequate. Both bed side lamps did not work. No USB charging, no tech including hair dryer. When I approached staff with ice bucket asking for ice. I am as told ice machine is as broke due to flood in July and was not offered ice from theI bar/ restaurant. The complimentary continental breakfast included Milk, OJ, Cheerios, and wrapped non descript muffins. The room was way overpriced.
