Nice hotel, comfortable to stay there and staff friendly, I would like to stay again

この値段で泊まれるホテルとしては、清潔、快適で良かったです。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切で感じが良く、ウェルカムドリンクの提供も嬉しかったです。 ただ、エレベーターがなく、2階と3階にある部屋まで階段を上り下りするしかないので、重い荷物があったり、足が悪いと大変かもしれません。あと、部屋にグラスやコップが無かったのが少し不便でした。

Hotel le Coach is a wonderful property in an excellent location! Although I would consider it a basic no-frills accommodation, the hotel is exceptionally clean, secure, well-run, up-to-date, reasonably priced, and has an extraordinarily welcoming, friendly and helpful staff! And the property is only a half-block from an entrance to the Berri-UQÀM Métro station (where the two major lines cross each other), making it very easy to get to other parts of the city. And the brand-new (safe and clean) bus station (where the airport bus drops you off) is only about 2-blocks away. The free WiFi is very fast. The only drawback for some guests is that the rooms are on the second or third floor, and there is no elevator. (That wasn’t a problem for me personally.) My room was fairly small but very comfortable, and I was out most of the time anyway. I look forward to returning!

Hotel Le Coach goes out of its way to make guests feel welcome. The service is very thoughtful, such as making you a cup of tea when you walk in from the cold. Rooms are small but clean. Having Netflix is greatly appreciated too. Common spaces are clean. We could not have had a lovelier stay. Hats off for Le Coach. We are fans!

Considering the price, I would give it full mark 10 out of 10. The prime location, the service, the friendly staff. And they even gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room. In my opinion, the room is well equipped with all necessities as a regular Marriott room would equip. But with only one-third of the price. And its location is in the heart of downtown Montreal. The furniture is a bit old. But considering the price, it’s very very tolerable.
