My overall experience was great…. First off the parking was the easiest I have had, very close to the reception and cheap ($15 a day) The room was beautiful and clean… now the reception and check in… that was excellent, super kind reception. My credit card chose to act up on that day, but the reception was super helpful. My overall experience was great I would recommend.

Nice modern features in the room. Only downside was that the room didn't contain any information about TV, Internet, or the restaurant downstairs - no menu online either - there was no information package at all. It's a bit of a weird neighbourhood with a lot of glass condos in the middle of an old industrial park, but there's a starbucks around the corner and the orange julep is walkable.

The staff was very nice. But the hotel was understaffed. There was only one person at the bar. And this person was responsible for bringing food and drinks to everyone. We waited close to an hour both times for food. The food was good but didnt come with the sides described in the menu (like guacamole with the quesadilla, they gave a side of mayo instead). The elevator didn’t work. It was never fixed. There were no signs anywhere telling people where to go or what to do regarding the elevator. No discount offered. I had to keep telling people waiting by the elevator that it didn't work. I kept having to go to the front desk to have someone open the service elevator. I asked for a quiet room. They put me right by the highway . Had to go back to reception to get a new room in the back. Would never go back.

Room 331 is adjacent to the only working (but clearly in need of repair) elevator in the building. It was like trying to sleep under a roller coaster. I didn’t sleep at all in my 3-night stay here. There is also zero insulation in the rooms—the noise from the hallway is jolting (every time another room door is opened or closed) and my bathroom was stifling (presumably from the elevator).
The front desk service was polite and courteous but the bartender/restaurant help was incredibly slow and unhelpful. I gave up after 20 minutes of him ignoring me for other customer who came in after me and pouring drinks in a way that defied the laws of gravity.
The driveway between the two Marriotts is also torn up and very difficult for Uber drivers to find and/or navigate.
The positive: the room was very clean.
I chose this hotel to avoid plane noise too close to the airport. I would have been better off sleeping on the runway.

Unprofessional stuff, not trained , one day without breakfest buffet , only kosher buffet is available , why? Elevator was not working part of the time we stayed , after only one of two was working .Carpet in the room should changed .Location in midtown is noisy and air poluted. Metro is far for walking with major air polution.
