挪利其萬豪萬怡酒店(Courtyard Norwich)

Bad experience with this hotel! not good insulation in the room, we got a room facing the highway and a ice machine by the hallway. Gaps are around the door. We can hear people talking and loud ice falling. We can’t get much sleep in the first night. The front desk wouldn’t let us switch to different rooms due to missed room cleaning time. They only clean the room after check out in the morning. We have been to another hotel in the area before, no noise issues. Also the bed sheets were scratches due to washed to many times. Not going to stay here next time!

The staff was very welcoming and the location was not bad at all.

보스턴 외곽에 위치한 호텔로, 훌륭한 수영장 시설 등 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 조식은 다이닝룸에서 주문해서 먹는 방식이었는데, 즉석에서 조리된 따뜻한 음식을 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

We were forced to move here because the Holiday Inn oversold our original booking. The hotel had been robbed earlier in the day and the front desk employee was telling everyone about it. She was very unprofessional and once we got to our room we discovered that it had not been cleaned from the prior guests. It was a terrible experience!

Staff was great! Shower didn’t have soap but a body wash blotted to the walls lol ! I was told there was no wifi when calling front desk in the evening trying to work.

Multiple small spiders were found throughout the bed by the window. We had to request new sheets to change the bed.

All of the Front desk needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers or just the basic training on the do’s or don’t do!!! They gave my husband the worst experience. So for that I give this hotel a BIG thumbs down.

The location of this Courtyard was great for us as it was close to the things that were important to us. The staff was friendly. We did not eat at the restaurant as the breakfast prices seemed very high to me, but not a problem as a Dunkin Donuts was close by. The only issue I had was my room was facing the highway and the noise from the highway was pretty loud one of the nights. A family member was on the other side of the hall and you could not hear a thing. I would stay there again and just ask for a room not facing the highway. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

We have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott in VA, which was very nice. The reason we chose this property was for convenience of having a restauarant and food available, especially breakfast. After a long drive to Norwich CT, half of the choices on the menu were n/a. Breakfast consisted of nothing more than muffins and bagels and oatmeal. Also we had to change our first room as there was a very musty odor, which was still evident in the second room but not as prominent. All of the staff were very pleasant. We would not choose this hotel again.
