I didn't like the fact the room was cold all night, after setting the room thermostat to 90 degrees. I didn't have a goodnights sleep. There was no compensation for this major inconvenience. Neither was there any apology by the female staff that I spoke to in the morning. There was no effort on her part to make it right. I might add, this was my first time staying at this property. Rev. Loved the comfy bed, hotel was quiet, hot breakfast with enough choices for us, and the 5am shuttle to airport took us there in 10min - excellent service, we appreciate that. We also loved that breakfast started at 4am, which i've never heard of at other hotels.

At first when i saw the exterior i was concerned. From the outside it looks run down. However, going in, my hopes went up. It looked recently renovated and smelled clean. My room was tidy and had new flooring and paint. That was really where it ended. The bathtub was dirty and in need of a good scrubbing. The bottom was brown and i didn't want to step on it. The water control knobs were coming off the wall, and when turned too far up, the water shut off. When the shower spout was turned on, it only went on half way, wasting tons of water from the the bathtub spout. The worst part was hearing EVERYTHING in my room from the parking and through the walls. I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking to the bathroom, peeing, flushing, and getting back in bed. The bed was like sleeping on a stack of cardboard boxes. I definitely got what i paid for here.

The hotel was fine and worked ok for our quick stay. We arrived late and had an early morning flight so we basically checked in, slept, showered & left. It is conveniently located to food & the airport. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We chose not to leave our car for our stay and just drove & parked at airport. Our flight was so early we were not able to enjoy breakfast but this hotel served the purpose for us.

It was a pleasant visit. The room was clean, we had a good shuttle ride to the airport. It was all we really needed for a quick layover at a very good price. No complaints. Person at front desk was courteous but not friendly. Cant complain but after a long trip, it would have been nice for a little pleasant chatter while checking in but he did his job.
