This is my first negative review ever. I was blown away by how long I had to stand in line to check in. The front desk clerk had zero sense of urgency and refused to answer questions from passersby like "is there an airport shuttle?" I had already reserved via *******, so my check-in was not as painful as others', but my room lacked sheets on the bed. At midnight. I had to stand in line AGAIN to get a new room, and received not a single "so sorry". Stunning. I understand she was tired, but truly not ok.
