Very good solution . Excellent hotel

Hotel moderno, con todos los servicios y muy bien situado, tiene unas vistas espectaculares , la habitación muy completa, con todas comodidades y sobre todo destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal! En especial a Laura de recepción, gracias por su dedicación! Una noche de bodas inolvidable!

Vi bodde på hotellet i 2023 også. da var ikke spa avdelingen ferdig. Det var den nå, men vi fikk ingen opplysninger (på nettet) om at den var stengt på mandager :( Vi hadde gledet oss til spa, men det ble det jo ikke. Resepsjonister og betjening i kafe/restaurant må snakke bedre engelsk og i alle fall forstå engelsk

This is a good transitionary hotel as you move from one location in Andalucia to another. The area is in the countryside and the town itself seemed to be limited in selection of restaurants. Great view from the outside patio overlooking the town It is also quite hilly so a challenge for some people to walk. We stayed here as part of a New Year Travel Dept holiday. Hotel is modern, clean with friendly staff for the most part. Buffet Breakfast is exceptional poor, with very limited choice and not replenished. Maybe that was because we were in a package group Breakfast staff waiter was less than friendly. Bar food had a good choice for light lunch and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception and house keeping were lovely. New Year Banquet was great and disco/bar afterwards was good fun. Would I stay here again? Only for a night passing through.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The location is great for visiting Saville, Granada and Cordoba. The rooms are great and a great view of Loja village. Great if you have a car as public transport is not the best here. But its so central that you can use it as a base to see Southern Spain.

Bonito hotel con vistas increíbles a Loja o bosque, ideal para moverte x la zona .El hotel es nuevo o recién reformado, las habitaciones silenciosas y camas cómodas. El personal en general muy amable.La verdad q tuvimos una estancia muy agradable.

Hotel moderno. Estupendas vistas. Recepcionistas muy agradables. Habitación confortable (camas, almohadas, temperatura….) Buen desayuno (echo de menos el zumo de naranja natural….) Por contra, le falta insonorización, las toallas de ducha son algo “pequeñas” y deberían cambiar algunas que ya están deshilachadas por los años y el uso. En nuestra habitación (baño) olía continuamente a desagüe, muy desagradable. Y el tema de las bañeras lo veo obsoleto e inseguro. No entiendo que un hotel de aspecto moderno no tenga duchas. La bañera muy grande, alta y escurridiza El lavabo muy bonito pero el material del que está hecho hace que se queden marcas antiestéticas que dan lugar a pensar que está sucio (quizás se vayan las marcas con piedra blanca) También he echado en falta algún cajón en el mobiliario

El hotel fantastico y limpio . Mucha tranquilidad sin ningún ruido. la comida muy escasa y el desayuno para un hotel de 4 estrellas lo vi pobre y menú cerrado sin poder elegir el metre con cara de pocos amigos muy borde . Nada amable ni simpatico

Stayed at this hotel on a Travel Department "Highlights of Andalucia" Tour. Would recommend they seek somewhere else as there are significant issues especially with the food. The offerings gave the impression that the hotel was working on a low budget, the food was of a poor quality and limited choice. Once it was gone, it was gone! There was little evidence of food being replenished and some of the dishes were inedible: a stringy beef stew one evening and a revolting pumpkin soup another. Very, very disappointing, the worst food I have tasted on a Travel Department tour. Surly woman on reception who rarely smiled; a real shame as the hotel itself is spotless and comfortable. Too remote, would suggest Travel Department look at alternative locations in future.
