Casa Vieja精品酒店(Casa Vieja Hotel Boutique)

Tuve la oportunidad de rentar las 11 habitaciones del hotel para un evento social, que me dejó una mezcla de emociones, no hay duda que la remodelación de una casa vieja, les quedó muy bien, pero la atención de la susodicha gerente, asi como del según dueño del hotel y personal, deberían recibir un curso de capacitación. No comparto la idea que el cliente siempre tiene la razón, aún cuando es quien paga un servicio, pero se necesita tener al frente una persona accesible, educada y que sepa negociar con las necesidades y exigencias de quien paga sus servicios... aún cuando la remodelación sea reciente, no pueden estar gritando y maltratando a los proveedores del evento, ni vigilando como gendarmes a los invitados y huéspedes... esa actitud es terrible.

Excelente trato desde la reservación por teléfono, al llegar desde el personal de recepción hasta la persona que nos llevó a la habitación todos amables. El lugar lindísimo y muy limpio y adornado de muy buen gusto. Recomendado por millón, desayuno muy rico y basto, nos recomendaron cosas que hacer y que visitar.

I cannot say enough about this delightful boutique hotel! The staff was beyond exceptional!!! Abraham was so helpful and attentive! The beds were comfy, and the shower….. maybe the best ever! My friends and I had two rooms and they were both amazing! I highly, highly recommend this hotel! And the location was spot on for all of the beautiful attractions Centro Morelia has to offer.

Poor review due to them canceling our room and found out when we were about to check in. They called another hotel to get us a room it was a down grade it was old and run down. We had to walk a block down with our luggage it was horrible. It was hot and humid. We decided to book at Holiday Inn instead it was cheaper and new rooms with nice view of the cathedral. I’m

The hotel is beautiful, beds are comfortable and the staff are amazing. They have a great restaurant on property and it’s amazing. The grounds are always clean. The owner is on sight and they are both always attentive to your every need. Awesome hotel

Honestly the worst experience we have ever had in a hotel. A LOT OF BAD THINGS TO SAY about Casa Vieja Hotel Boutique, but most importantly the owner is very MEAN and AGGRESSIVE with the hotel guests. Also, they CHARGE YOU EXTRA things, like towels and pillows after you leave (AFTER THEY OPEN AND CHECK ALL BAGS AT CHECK OUT).
