Maravilloso, limpio, de lujo

Muy fácil de llegar, los recepcionistas tienen todo preparado y las habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y al detalle para ser lo que es un hotel de convenciones y/o reuniones. He ido ya más de dos veces y repetirte seguro. Lo aconsejo. El mejor hotel de la zona.

Hotel Villa Odón's location, (in Villaviciosa De Odón) is a quiet, sleepy neighbourhood that's located on the outskirts of Madrid. The only reason why I selected this particular hotel is because I had to be in this area for an important purpose, therefore, it was the most convenient choice for us. As I normally do, I'll divide this review into the 'Positives' and the 'Negatives'. PROS: Hotel Villa Odón is a clean, orderly and well-maintained hotel. There seemed to be an expansive Conference Hall at the exterior. The lobby was very attractive, and the rooms were done in a simple, and tasteful contemporary design of royal blue, gray and wooden elements. I have to say, I've never stayed in a hotel that looked exactly like the online pictures I saw of it; both on their website, on *********** and on TripAdvisor. They were absolutely identical, just spot on uncanny! Two small free bottles of water were placed by the kettle and complimentary tea accoutrements. The bathroom was small, but had excellent finishing. The shower's water pressure was incredible, steady and super strong! Another feature I liked about the hotel was that it had refillable containers of shower gel, hand soap and shampoo. This proved very convenient, because you didn't have to deal with those pesky miniature tubes which can be really annoying sometimes. I think this is the first and only hotel that I've ever seen offer liquid hand soap and it was great!👌🏽 I normally travel with my own because I hate using those pint size soaps they have, so this was perfect. The staff at Hotel Villa Odón are courteous and polite. We were checked in by JAIME, and later met SUSANA and LAURA- (with the cool pink/maroon dyed hair). 😎 Susana and Laura were all very helpful and professional. At Clover 35 Odón, (seemingly the hotel's sole restaurant), we interacted with JESUS and CRISTOBAL. These guys were really sweet and friendly. At the breakfast buffet in Clover 35 Odón, they had a hot chocolate machine with a brand called 'Perugina Perugia', which dispensed the most delicious hot chocolate I've ever had the pleasure of tasting in my life! ☕️🍫😋 This hot chocolate was sublime; so dark, sweet, rich, and silky smooth to the point of being slimy even!🤤 It was absolutely phenomenal and I looked forward to several cups of that every morning! Every staff member at the hotel, (including Housekeeping) always greeted you with an 'Ola' and a lovely smile. My daughter enjoyed the 2 meals she had at Clover 35 Odón Restaurant. She had Solomillo de Vaca Foie Fresco, (a thin steak) and Lomo Salmón Marinado en Teriyaki Ahumado Y Tallarin de Calabacin, (a salmon dish). CONS: As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, the location of this hotel is not exactly ideal; especially if you're a tourist in Madrid. Villaviciosa de Odón is more or less an industrial type suburb with tons of warehouse like offices and what appeared to be factories, or at least their headquarters or the main branches of national compan

Estancia Perfecta. Buena habitación (recomiendo coger la habitación con terraza) y sobre todo hotel muy tranquilo y silencioso, especialmente para gente que vamos a la Universidad Europea a examinarnos. El hotel está a 5 min en coche de la UEM :) Muy buen restaurante y un personal excepcional! Volveré para el próximo examen 100% seguro. Ah! Las almohadas son de otro nivel...comodísimas!

The staff and service were great at Hotel Villa Odon. However, for multiple nights I was unable to sleep because there were parties on the convention center next to the hotel and the music was extremely loud.

Pésimo hotel y le sobran estrellas!!! Reservamos con 15 días de antelación por Booking habitación con cama extra-grande indicando que si no podía ser preferíamos otro hotel y cuando llegamos a las 3 de la mañana no había disponibilidad Subimos a la habitación y nos encontramos que habían orinado sin tirar de la cadena, increíble!! No había kit de aseo personal y para mirarte en el espejo tenías que agacharte y eso que habitación de minusválido no era, ya que era dúplex y tenía escaleras En el salón del desayuno apenas quedaba nada en las bandejas media hora antes del cierre y 10 minutos antes ya estaban apagando las máquinas de café, aunque había muchas personas desayunando En los baños de recepción me encontré un matojo de pelos enredado en el tope de la puerta Muy deficiente limpieza y peor servicio .... Mi consejo, no vayáis a este hotel!!

llegamos a las 02 de la madrugada despues de tener contratada la habitacion con cama extragrande, con 15 dias de antelacion y pidiendoles que si no tenian este servicio que me lo dijeran por mail y cancelaria la reserva con antelacion,,,no me avisaron y dormimos con dos camas unidas ´´A ESTO LE LLAMAN CAMAS DOBLES ´´´,,,,,subimos a la habiacion y el baño tenia el inodoro usado con pis y olia mal ,,no tenian sevicio de kit de dentrifico ni los servicios propios de un 4 estrellas ,desayunamos a las 10.30 nos encontramos las bandejas casi vacias sin reposicion de articulos propios para desayunar , a las 10.50 los camareros contando las cafeteras del sistema electrico ,,,,, en su favor tengo que decir que nos dejaron una salida tardia de hora y media sin cargo,,,,bajo mi opinion utilizan las habitaciones de los clientes que llegamos por la noche previo aviso ,como arquiler por horas ,,ya que segun ellos estaban llenos cuando exigi la habitacion con cama extragrande segun contrate,,,,decepcionante por cierto ,me llamaron en dia de llegada para confirmarles la llegada tardia ,,,error por mi parte ya que al confirmarlo pudieron utilizar mi habitacion como arquiler por horas ,,,cabe esa posivilidad ,,,muy decepcionante,,,

Excelente, todo en orden, un poco caro pero bien. Volvería seguro.

Un hotel de nueva planta con una atención estupenda y donde el personal, en su conjunto, se desvive por atender las necesidades y peticiones de sus clientes. La verdad es que estuvimos muy, muy bien atendidos. Instalaciones que se mantienen en perfectas condiciones y donde sigues respirando ese aire "a nuevo". Por compromisos adquiridos no pudimos utilizar otros servicios de restauración salvo el desayuno, sencillo, pero lo suficientemente variado para salir más que satisfecho. Sí tienen un menú diario (de lunes a viernes), al mediodía, con 3 primeros, 3 segundos y 3 postres para elegir (que cambian todos los días); con 1 bebida y pan,...por 12'50€. Por otra parte, tiene una terraza y una carta para tomar algo, con bastante más variedad que las fotos de su página Web. Algo que sí se debía mejorar con la inclusión de esos menús, cartas y precios. Igualmente debían "repensar" el cierre de la piscina interior, espá y gimnasio. O indicar en la página la situación actual. Felicidades por todo.
