Quite, queen size bed, friendly service, clean, courteous bus to two clubs.

This is a rundown dump! Arriving in late afternoon of 35 degrees to a pre booked room the air conditioner was not on. The room was stiflingly hot and the noisy, antiquated air conditioner took about 5 hrs to cool the room. The shower recess had hairs in it. The shower head was broken and shower was not usable. There were NO hand towels supplied. The bathroom window sill was severely rotten and disintegrating. The spare toilet roll was water-damaged and unusable. The room was dusty. The sheets were discoloured and severely frayed with several rips in them. I notice many bad reviews going back several years. Obviously nothing has changed. These people should not be in the hospitality industry.

I liked the bed, it was very big and comfortable. The staff were responsive to our requests, they didn't say much! The rooms are old and not the cleanest, especially the fridge and the remote, but it was habitable and tolerable for the price. I didn't like that online it says there was a restaurant and a pool, but the restaurant was not operating and pool was unavailable. The toaster also did not work. There was also some loud yelling and fighting outside our room around 10pm which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, but we survived the night! I probably would not want to stay any longer.

The room I had was dirty, as if it had not been cleaned properly. There was a wad of toilet paper stuffed in the ceiling tile in the bathroom, along with numerous spider webs. The sink and shower had black mold and dust that could have been scrubbed away. There was gecko poop on the bench in the bathroom and the faucet in the bathroom had toothpaste residue stuck to it when I checked in. There was constant noise outside my room, sounds of construction, lawn maintenance and beeping car horns. The bath towels also didn't seem to have been washed before because they left fabric residue all over my skin after showering. On their website, it states they have a shuttle to the airport which they do not offer anymore (this was the main reason I booked the place). Would not recommend.

The air conditioner is old, noisy, and filthy in the morning there was dirt and fluff all over the stuff we had on the table under the air conditioner.

The vibe wasnt pleasent but room service and the meals were better quality standards than the accomidation. Didnt stay the full night left that night of the day we cheeked in . We left 10pm that night and drove 12hrs home.

It was not clean. Mould everywhere bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in long time. Dusty and hair everywhere

Great value for money great bed clean ,new even Linnen, Air con in need of upgrade, but IDD happily stay again

Our stay was good, the family cabin was spacious for our family of 4. Only downside was the bedroom with bunk beds were very hot, the kids were tossing all night, maybe installing an air conditioner in that room would be great.
