Al llegar la recepcionista se encontraba doblada en el suelo y cuando nos vio se sorprendio. La recepcionista no tenia name taga, no se identifico ni saludo a los huespedes. Mientras atendia nos atendia estuvo hablando en su telefono personal y no se dirigio a nosotros. No hubo amabilidad ni respeto hacia nosotros. No nos dirigió hacia los cuartos, sino hasta que empezamos a mirar para donde teniamos que ir.

I was in a room with an adjoining door and the couple next to us decided to scream, yell, throw things against the wall, slam the door and do this all night and have a baby screaming all night. The front desk had to come up and tell them to stop and the door was slammed on him. Me and my two kids got no sleep that night. Overall, it’s a very nice stay except this one night.

This was the the worst hôtel expérience ever. The hôtel is in bad condition. The room was dirty, stains on the walls, ceiling and floor and dise on everything. Mould on the bathroom cealing, cloged bath drain.
As for the included breakfast, at 8AM there was no more coffee and nothing left to eat, so went to the restaurant.

Its winter time...they gave us "summer time sheets" in winter! Was NOT clean at all. And when they did finally give us a blanket...it had dried blood on it..and when my boyfriend went to ask for another one...they said they all had rips in them. And they gave us two sheets!! Pretty pathetic. I did take pictures. Its the middle of winter still... and they think im bringing my own blanket....we left that same night! It was HORRIBLE !
