科倫坡成功酒店的評論

整體還可以，就是做事有點慢，辦理入住等了1個小時，WiFi還是攜程客服聯繫，然後管家送過來的。當地基本沒有什麼人會中文。 酒店有泳池，包早飯，可以看到沙灘，早上5點就有火車經過，在這裏的性價比而言，還是算不錯了。 走出去，到大馬路上，大概600米，然後右手邊，就有超市，還有KFC

離旁邊的海灘很近，位置絕好，但是酒店內部就太老舊了，早餐不好吃

酒店視野很好，面朝大海，每天被印度洋的烏鴉和海浪叫醒。 服務很好，特別是Dayananda和Gimhan幫忙很多，非常好的一次體驗。酒店外面的沙灘距離一百米 也有吃的，好評

除了舊一點還是不錯的

好地方。很好的員工。很棒的游泳池。 但房間需要更多維護。 很舊而且有很多螞蟻。 我女兒被咬了。

 參加過LAKSALA在你們酒店舉辦的年度導遊盛宴。等級發燒，我被我兒子（他是那家醫院的醫生）住進了基地醫院。由於你們的食物。支付我們的賠償..由於我的狀況，我錯過了幾次旅行..我不會向任何人推薦你們所有人，我不會讓任何人品嚐你們的糟糕食物並經歷如此糟糕的狀況..你們真是你們行業的恥辱

Thank you Berajaya Hotel Mt. Lavinia for giving us a beutiful staycation. My kids wanted both kids pool and beach access and Berajaya Hotel Mt. Lavinia is the one and only place that came to my mind. Kids loved the pool expereince. Most importantly this hotel is probably the only hotel that gives guests the experience to witness train rides down coatal line from their own room! My kids loved witnessing the frequent train rides thet saw from the room. We went during the weekdays and therefore there was absolutely no rush in the hotel. The lunch we had on the day we checked out was too good! Also I want to give a big shout out to the staff at the hotel. They were so warm and friendly from the begiining of our staycation. Thank you for everything. Generally my husband is very partcular about where we spend holidays and I kust say that you won my husband's heart Berajaya Colombo!. Looking forward to come back again!! Thanks once again

Well the hotel may be old but the staff make you feel at home. From the front office Mr Livera to the Peacock restaurant’s Nishara, Chef nuwan and Anuradha and Sethilka, this team is very hospitable. Try their butter cake!! Make sure to catch the beautiful sunset at Wadiya restaurant!!!

don't really like to leave negatives but I'm pretty shocked even at this low point. In summary there are much cleaner and better organised hotels in CMB for the price. Dirty rooms (I opened the wardrobe to find the guest before dirty underwear and shirt), hairs, mould, smells and super old sheets. Attached are some pictures. Granted they did change my room after I called, albiet taking 1 hour to come to inspect the dirty clothes in the wardrobe. The icing on the cake was also charging me a further 2,000 LKR when I left because they made a mistake at check-in. You would have thought this would have been waived considering the above. Service recovery is seriously missing here. Please listen and avoid this dump like the plague!!
