Candlewood Suites 芒特普萊森特(Candlewood Suites Mount Pleasant)

The bathroom floor was nasty from the moment we checked in. There was an inch of hair in the tub drain. We had a light out in the kitchen, reported it. It was never fixed.

I booked and paid for a one bedroom studio suite with queen size bed and pull out couch but the room did not have a pull out couch or separate sitting and sleeping area. When i asked the front desk she said only the king rooms have separate sleeping and sitting area with pull out couch.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent very well versed in their work. I wished they had served breakfast.

My stay was good. Very clean, staff friendly, quite, room was a little small but thats about it. All in all great stay at a nice hotel

It was so clean and everyone there was happy and wanted to serve you. Nothing I didn't like.

It was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. No complaints from me.

Elevator was broken so we had to climb stairs, which is fine but the stairwell smells terrible. The rooms were nice but had minor maintenance issues, like the batbtub handle pulling away from the wall, toilet not filling.

Elevator didn’t work,air conditioner was broke , rooms are very smelly, I would rate ⭐️⭐️

I chose not to stay here! There was no sign, no identification. Looked very unclean and unsafe.
