Nice breakfast, very nice location. Had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel itself is nice compared to those around it. The general area seems a bit run down. The room was clean for the most part. There are no housekeeping services if you stay under 2 nights or less. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast was provided each morning from 7 to 10 AM.

The property was really clean Karen did an amazing job. On 3/25/23 the hotel had a plumbing issue that would have resulted in the whole hotel flooding if it was not fixed. The weekend receptionist stated that she attempted to call my room however no one answered and she has stated that she called all of the rooms but no one answered. At the time that she attempted to call everyone we were all eating breakfast. The Holiday inn did not make any attempts to offer any type of accommodation for the fact that the water was turned off until after 1:00 p.m. I wasted the majority of my day waiting for the water to be turned on to enjoy my birthday vacation in DC thank goodness I have personal washcloths and bottles of water to be able to clean my body so that I could go out and enjoy DC.

Normally do not take the time to review a hotel but had to this time. After the amazing job Debra did each morning that I was there for . She always made sure all the food for breakfast was fresh and stocked . Even took the time to see if anyone need any help during breakfast. I stay at a lot hotel each year and Debra really stands out for the incredible service She gave. I will be staying again at this hotel because of her hard work.

Although the property itself was nice I was highly disappointed that I booked this hotel simply because for amenities it had they had a sauna and spa. This property didn’t have either. Also, we stayed for 3 days and they didn’t come in and do a refresh to our room or anything.

enjoyed our breakfast and its friendly staff. room was spacious, clean and warm. good mattress. however, the water pressure at the bathroom sink was very weak and the water never really got hot---even after running it for over two minutes. obviously, the hotel does not have a water circulator. neither my wife nor i showered in the morning because the water did not get warm enough---even after running it for over three minutes. the only chair in the room was an office chair and the lighting was not conducive for reading a book.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Ms. Donna who worked during breakfast was super pleasant and helpful. She was friendly. The gentleman who checked me in (I can't remember his name) was very pleasant as well and answered every question that I had.

It is very close to the Gaylord Convention Center so it was easy to park at the hotel and use a traveling app to get to the center for the weekend event we were attending. The free breakfast had a good amount of options. I wish the hotel staff had explained that they lock the front doors at 11 pm and you have to slide your hotel key to get back inside after that. Otherwise it was a great experience.

The staff were awesome. the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was what you hope to expect. I was so impressed with the staff I made sure to complement them to the manager. Access in and out of the hotel is easy.
