斯通山舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites at Stone Mountain)

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The lady at the front desk is really sweet. The room was very clean. If you have a hot shot set up it's a very tricky parking. But everything else was great. The place is very quite and safe. Thank you staff for a great stay.

Si buscan algo solo para llegar a dormir esta excelente esta opción, porque en el punto donde se encuentra esta súper bien ubicado. Sin embargo las instalaciones estan muy descuidadas, muy viejas y destruida, la piscina lateralmente no seria bueno que se metan a menos que quieran llev**** hongos, en el baño de la habitacion estaba algo sucio y el desayuno no es bueno. Del desayuno rescato los waffles y el cereal son buenos, el resto no es bueno. La atencion al cliente es buena... en fin si pueden buscar otra opción mas buena se los recomiendo.

The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The desk clerk was very soft spoken, but patient with me when I couldn't hear her questions. The hotel was in a good location for us. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, we had a really good stay.

Do not believe the pictures, complete false advertising. If you do have to stay here make them show you your room before they take the $100 security deposit so you dont get blamed forbthe holes in the walls or stains on the capret or briken doors. Staff seemed unwelcoming.

It was a one night stay for my kids and I. The bathtub did not appear to be clean. There are holes in the walls, the mirror has large cracks in it.

I will start with what I did like. The check in person was very nice. Although it took over 10 min and we were the only ones checking in, he was nice. The beds were COMFY! The location was good and had lots of food choices and convenient things nearby, even though it was off the main interstate (285). Outside of that, I was not impressed. A lot of things are out of order: pool, m/w lobby bathrooms, juice machine at breakfast, our bathroom fan. In the room, the carpets were old and worn and could use replacing. Most of the hotel was in that condition. Our room was missing pictures with holes in the walls where they used to be, the shower head seemed 20 years old, tile could be refreshed, and the TV was frustrating to use. No channel guide and there were channels that didn't come in, but it took time to go to each channel because it took a few seconds to even show if it was a station or "no signal". The "breakfast" was very minimal. One of those waffle machines (mini waffles), powdered eggs, toast, 2 cereal choices. Juice machine was out of order so there was a jug of juice and milk in the mini fridge. I appreciate there was even breakfast, but it was dismal at best compared to many other hotels. I wouldn't stay here again unless there was nothing else. They wouldn't give me a receipt since I used a "third party" (*******) because they said those rates were less than theirs. Huh? What does that have to do with a receipt? They also required a separate $100 deposit. That's a sign

Walked into our room and no heat, mold in shower, hair and dirt in the mattress, toilet clogged. The pool was closed and rest rooms were closed in the lobby. We went back to the front desk to leave and the guy couldn’t figure out how to do the refund. They still haven’t processed the refund. Be ware of this property.
