Bushtrackers made us have one of the best experiences. My colleagues really enjoyed and are looking forward for more business with. It was my first time booking with Bushtrackers but you guys are good and indeed know how to select the best.. Your offers are such good and affordable. If there is someone who is planning for a holiday please do with Bushtrackers. Am not a robot nor an imposter but my holiday was great bcz of Bushtrackers. Am proud of you and trust you guys once again. We toured to Sun and Sand in Kilifi weeeh the offer was amazing. Thank u. Joseph.

It was my first time to visit this hotel and I can't really recommend, you can't serve water and soda in glasses, everyone wants to open their own bottle, you would rather not have all inclusive in your package. Again Entertainment is poor, and closes early, also make your menu more interesting, you can't miss sea foods like prawns,calamari, etc on your menu In this kind of a region covered by sea. I honestly don't feel I would come back despite the staff being so engaging and friendly.cheers to Kelvin for helping with aqua gym activities

Beautiful hotel, nice views, stunning staff, special mentions to Jacinta our waitress who is so gentle and caring, Nicholas and Conelias our bar tenders on point, Ngari and Patrick superb at their job, always on time, not forgetting Karisa the Houskeeper who decorated our room, However slight changes should be improved, especially the all inclusive deal for drinks is pathetic , local spirits don't work for everyone, also a variety on the draft beer is key. The rooms should atleast be updated, especially the flow of hot water and maintenance of sinks, entertainment is not lively, closes at 10 pm and you gotta go to bed early, we are here to have coastal life relaxation.other than that I would recommend for exemplary creation of unforgetful memories.

Today is my second day here and their service is top notch,,all the staffs are welcoming and helping,the place is kid friendly 😘the rooms are perfect big up to housekeeping team, Their food is 10/10, service team,and chefs kudos ,i love their 🍪 desserts Highly recommend to others ,i think i might extend my stay here 😁not forgetting Tahji Adventures Company thankyou 😊

I booked the hotel for my friend's family who was checking in on the 15th and checking out 18th and were traveling with SGR from Nairobi to Mombasa. Because they were to arrive late we made arrangements to reserve dinner for them . Reaching the hotel they were told dinner was finished and had to buy and were on full board . The fun thing after ordering was told to pay via Mpesa and it was not Till number to the hotel but a personal payment to the waiter's pocket. Bed sheets in the rooms are from the 20th century. The management needs to check on this. If you don't look after your staff they will look after themselves It is a good hotel but you need to make sure the guests get comfort . Get what they have paid for. bed sheets are seen me through and yet the Till no for the hotel is staff mobile numbers .So after paying for the full board the family did not get their dinner and was been charged again and asked to pay attached are the messages for the Mpesa. After complaining we were told they would pay us back which never took place to now. The management team is sleeping on the job leaving loopholes for staff to milk the cow to benefit themselves

We live not far away from this hotel but needed a change from the daily life. I choose this hotel because of the wide space and the different rooms I could choose from. Two swimming pools, very friendly stuff, the food is good and varied. Rooms are clean. I will come again to relax.

Great place with Family, as I was traveling with my partner and 7 month baby, wonderful place, from front office to Housekeeping everyone given 100 ℅. Thank you for Chef Denial for delicious meal, Patrick barman supb, Jacinta server great work.
