清潔度不是很好，床單很髒。這項服務不存在。早餐是打包好的飯菜，勉強算是一餐。預訂了一間高級房，但只提供了基本房，即使向他們提及後，房間仍然非常小。相當低於平均值。

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms were very small. And the flush in the washroom was not working, when i had complained about it to the management they tried fixing it but couldn't but i had to stay in that room. The stay was okayish.

Poor hotel, dirty rooms, non cooperative staff. I change 3 rooms every room having issues, staff was least bothered on concern

Room 1111 was still missing 2 light and the wires were outside and people there forget the orders that we give them and later say that the order was not given hence i heaved to order my food from outside. Other than that room is average.

Small room and there was a nearby smoking room and the sole spilled over to mine. The last time i stayed, it was in the ground floor and there was noise of people asking around

Best experience and very polite and cooperative staff. Pocket friendly and hygiene rooms. Breakfast was like okk okk. Rest was all 5/5

I got a room in the ground floor and there was a lot of noise coming from outside. I feel o could have got a better room for the amount i paid

Nice, clean and cozy stay. Well maintained rooms. Staff’s behaviour is also good. Overall very good and value for money stay. I would highly recommend to stay here at cattle-ya for budget friendly stay.
