Das Fern Residency Chembur Mumbai liegt im Ortsteil Chembur in der Megacity Mumbai und damit ziemlich entfernt von den Highlights in der Innenstadt. Aber Entfernungen spielen in dieser gewaltigen Stadt nur eine untergeordnete Rolle. Das Hotel ist durchweg gepflegt und der erste Eindruck an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Ich war zwei Nächte dort und zu jeder Zeit, ob früh oder spät war ein Ansprechpartner zu finden. Der große Vorteil dieses Hotels liegt zweifelsfrei in seinem Restaurant. Ich als Vegetarier bin für eine gute Auswahl beim Essen immer dankbar. So war das, was Chef Udai morgens und abends aufs Buffet brachte, wirklich bemerkenswert und sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel kann *** empfehlen und ich buche es gern wieder bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Indien.

Vriendelijk personeel, fijne kamers. Ontbijt is uitgebreid maar voornamelijk gebaseerd op de wensen voor mensen uit India. Je kunt echter een omelet laten maken waarbij je zelf de ingrediënten kunt bepalen. De t****e ontbijtruimte kan wel eens een nieuw verfje gebruiken. Dit doet afbreuk aan de uitstraling van de rest van het hotel.

I met Reshmi in dining hall, her service is fantastic, expressive with smiling by face. Every customer need this kind of experience every time, please continue with great work. Best of luck Reshmi for your future. Lovely to meet you, keep your spirit high.

Sachin at the front desk and Ermelina who made my reservations were fantastic. Right from the time I checked in until check out everyone at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I stayed there for 10 nights and will come back again later in the year. The service was phenomenal.

Economical neat and clean with great service. Service was.prompt and food was also good. It is situated in a good location in Mumbai. Hotel also provides access to acres club near by which offers good amenities and an open area. Overall was a good stay experience at Fern.

Excellent hotel. They upgraded us to the executive suite. Breakfast was very good every morning. Service was great too, whenever we called front desk for any request, they attended to it immediately. This was our 2nd stay at Ferns Residency Chembur and would go there again. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Amazing food and great hospitality. Treat guests like family. Fantastic club on the premises swimming and gym😀. The staff is exception and accommodates all requests . Housekeeping staff wonderful and generous.

I am working for Abbott Company and we have our India Head office at BLC GODREJ ABBOTT BUILDING which is very near to this properly Would not imaging I am actually promoting your property for all the out station team mate to stay at your hotel as and when they come by I liked your rooms food and the Bar and accomplishment I am so preveledge and thirled to meet Mr Sandeep Pal at your Restaurant and Bar he is so kind and professional in his behaviour he made me comfortable as so much rush of people around and serve me so well with my drinks and his good intent and well behaviours as he keep on asking my well-being offering me salad etc etc Very nice experience
