Over all good order one tea by evening 5 30 till check out it don’t come also lift is having problem which at times trigger fear

Location was good. Food is decent. We had check out at 5 am in morning so we requested them to pack our breakfast and they did it. Great hospitality

Booked a deluxe room at this hotel for a short stay in mumbai. Enjoyed a restful and comfortable stay, the room was beautiful and clean, and bathroom was clean as well. Food is good enough. Will surely book for future visits, if needed.

The amount of money they are taking seems excessive. It would be more reasonable for it to be limited to a range of 2-3 thousand.

The check-in was smooth, room was ok but not worth the price. Television was kind of very old, no night lamp, the bathroom was a partition done of frosted glass. I could have got a better room for the price. Location is good. The staff who were present in restaurant during breakfast were good.

Decent experience. Smooth check and check out. Its at a good location. Rooms were average. Furniture was not clean.

Worst experience. I have stayed in hotels in more than 50 countries and this was amongst one of my worst experiences. They made a wrong invoice and I sent them many emails to correct but they did not. When I called on phone a lady by the name Maria attended the phone and instead of accepting their mistake said she is being "harassed". She gave phone number of accounts which was never answered. I wrote to their management team but they also did not care to reply. I am sorry for choosing this hotel and will never come back again here.

This was our second stay at Regal Enclave. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed was really excellent.The staff is also very nice, eager to please. The free breakfast every day was excellent. They have a variety of dishes daily and an omelet station too. They also offer pickup and drop off to the airport; previously it was free but now they charge for the pickup. The only cons to this hotel is it needs to be updated. The bathrooms especially you can notice the age of the property. The sinks leaked and was cracked. Also more electrical outlets in the room would be good. Another thing is the location although convenient is not the best as its close to Khar station which is dirty, but well you get used to it! Some nights were noisy as there were bands outside playing music loudly.(not the fault of the hotel). Its better to get a room on the higher floors.All in all we had a very pleasant stay! Would recommend.
