我住過的最差的酒店!不要讓照片、高星和幾個好評欺騙你,就像他們欺騙了我和我丈夫一樣。最初我們預訂房間時,我們期望有一個寬敞乾淨的1+1房間,有客廳、臥室、廚房和浴室。但是當我們在接待處的時候,一位工作人員向我們解釋說,我們的房間完全不同,因爲“他們沒有根據圖片提供房間”,而是有自己的階段或級別系統,你甚至沒有知道預訂時您能得到哪一個房間。他們聲稱我們預訂的房間很小,幾乎不適合我四口之家和幾個行李(我們已經在海外旅行了一個月)在牀間或行李間都沒有地方可走,我說我甚至不能關門,因爲我們的房間太小了,我一點也不誇張。浴室的天花板和牆壁上到處都是蟲子,整個地方都散發着濃烈的香水味,掩蓋了以前在廚房和整個“舞台”裏煮過的噁心的肉味,最令人煩惱的是,我和家人以及行李都不能放在我們的小房間裏。在解釋說我們幾乎無法在這個房間裏呆上一週之後,我花了一個小時試圖說服接待處的工作人員要麼把我們原本預訂的房間給我們房間或退款我們的錢,他們說他們無法這樣做,因爲酒店已經預訂滿了,因爲我們在網上付款,所以不可能把錢還給我們。真是個騙局!經過一番爭論,他們終於同意讓我們先在我們付的錢的房間裏住一晚,然後把剩下的錢退還給我們。接下來幾天已經訂滿了。(如果你想知道,我們找到了一個我們喜歡的假期。)如果我們的麻煩只在那裏停了下來,我不會花時間寫這篇文章,但不幸的是,酒店的工作人員和管理層不得不再次讓我失望!早餐不是很好,食物很少,但更重要的是,我覺得我們在一個充滿蜜蜂和蒼蠅的森林中間,無論是在室外還是室內。不僅如此,還足以阻止我們安靜地吃飯。我的孩子們不停地尖叫,果醬罐子裏裝滿了蜜蜂。我告訴一位工作人員,她在5分鐘內又帶回另一個罐子,我及時地遇到了一些果醬,然後再擠滿了這些蜜蜂。如果酒店的門沒有打開,他們進來的時候我們就不會有這個問題了。更糟糕的是,我大女兒生病了幾天,那天早上開始覺得更糟了,所以她爸爸帶她去治療,只剩下我和8歲的女兒了。

Had a great stay at Roomers. It was certainly different, but that is the vibe they are going for. I had great interactions with the front desk. Staff was very friendly at the bar and breakfast. Had dinner at Izakaya and there were some dishes we really loved. The spicy tuna roll was a stand out. There were some dishes that were so so. I definitely recommend checking this restaurant out if you are staying at the hotel. We went all out and racked up a $320 euro bill for 2 and left completely stuffed. It's nice that you are ordering small dishes and can try lots of things. The room was comfortable and stylish. I enjoyed the bed lighting and their Bluetooth speaker had excellent sound. No chrome cast but could screen mirror for the TV. Great bathroom with rain shower. Mattress was towards the firm side and there is room for improvement on their pillows. The one big negative is the water situation. I drink a lot of water to stay hydrated when traveling. After housekeeping came by on the 2nd night I noticed no waters were given. Mistakes happen so I go down to the bar to grab 2 waters for the room and was greeted with a $16 EUR check with the waters. I asked the front desk where I'm able to get free water as I assumed it was my mistake for just going to the bar. I was informed free water is only provided at checkin. I've stayed on remote islands and 2 star hotels and have always been provided free water instead of having to drink from the tap in a foreign country. I urge management to change this philosophy in the future. Provide water fill up stations on the floors if it's an environmental reason. There are things to nickel and dime customers on but this is not one of them.
