Ottimo Hotel, personale estremamente cortese ed attento. Situato in zona residenziale e tranquilla. Distanti a piedi ci sono alcuni ristoranti tipici bavaresi. Parcheggio in loco. Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente conveniente. Camera molto spaziosa e pulizia impeccabile.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Ortskern von Perlach. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel. It's in a relatively quiet area with a village atmosphere but is also very well connected to Munich's excellent and efficient transport system. The hotel is clean and bright and rooms are nicely designed with balconies. The breakfast is excellent and there is a lovely shady courtyard off the breakfast area which is very welcome in in the hot weather. There are 2 very good bakeries & a large supermarket all within a stone's throw and a lovely little tree-lined stream enhances the village feel. There are also 2 good restaurants/beer gardens a few minutes walk away. The key though is the staff. It is family run and I was treated like a friend of the family. All the staff I met, including the cleaner and the breakfast organiser were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Klar, wer in Perlach in einem Hotel übernachtet, wohnt nicht zentral. Aber wer gut 10 Minuten Fußweg auf sich nimmt, erreicht U- oder auch S-Bahn und kommt rasch in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Auto ( Taxi ) kommt man nach der Rush Hour auch schnell aus dem Zentrum zum Hotel. Ideal ist aber eher, wenn man im Osten der Stadt zu tun hat. Die Zimmer sind modern, neu und praktisch eingerichtet, die Bäder klein, aber zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Bett ist sehr gut, angenehme Bettwäsche. Guter Schallschutz. Sehr ordentliches Frühstück. Günstiger Preis und tadellos sauber. Es ist nirgends Luxus, aber man kann hier ruhig und angenehm übernachten.

Ein praktisches Zimmer, ruhig gelegen, nach hinten hinaus. Insgesamt war es im Haus angenehm sehr ruhig, was wohl auch an den wenigen Gästen gelegen haben könnte. Ausreichend großer WC und Duschbereich. Freundliches Personal. Bei Andrang vielleicht wenig Parkplätze.

Excellent modern hotel in Perlach with good breakfast choices, convenient to #55 bus to Ostbahnhof UBahn station

Very clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is nice, but in the summer it's hot and uncomfortable because they don't have air conditioning or even a fan. You have to open the door to the balcony for air, but you will get all the noise from the street, plus thr cigar smoke from all your neighbors, and people smoke a lot there. Also, the room has no refrigerator, no microwave. The price paid was fair for what you get. No free breakfast.
