總統酒店的評論

總統大飯店靠近火車站。好的方面是很方便，不好的地方是從繁忙的scwanntaller大街傳來的噪聲……優質的早餐。新的和精心呵護的房間。到感興趣的地方（市中心，大教堂，步行街景點，餐館，購物，等等）都很近。如果你在慕尼黑呆幾天，我不確定這是最好的選擇。否則，住在這裡是很明智的 。良好的性價比。（仍然是那些收你Wi-Fi費的地方之一……5歐元/天）。

這是我這兩三年第二次來慕尼黑住在總統大酒店，我總喜歡在總站旁邊，因為我經常要趕早班火車。在中心站旁邊的地方一般都不太好，好多的人-主要是男人-到處亂走還喝酒，還有一些在乞討，有好多的快餐店除了一家（“Munchner Stubn”在貝爾街左轉，酒店就在左邊）不是很顯眼。這就是為什麼我找到總統大酒店:離總站只有3-5分鐘的路程（從街到街，就在總站的對面）那裡沒有站前路的氛圍，房間又乾淨，整個酒店都收拾的很好，這裏的自助早餐也是一級棒哦。

口コミで治安が良くないエリアと書いてありましたが、確かに雰囲気はちょっと、、ホテルは古くエレベーターも定員3人が１機のみ。部屋は昔式の鍵で、内側から施錠するタイプ。タオルは穴が空くまで使い込んだもので、オクトーバーフェスタの時期で仕方ないものの、これでこの値段！？と最初は思いましたが、フロントも掃除の人も対応良く、通りと反対の部屋はとても静かで、狭いシャワールームですが水圧高くて、3泊しましたが、意外と快適でした。駅から徒歩７分ぐらいですが、重たいスーツケース転がしながらは厳しかった。市内観光には良い立地で、近くにスーパーや飲食店も多いです。

オクトーバーフェストの会場にも、マリエン広場にも歩いて行け、夜遅くなっても安全です。 駅やスーパーも近くでとても便利です。 スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、また宿泊したいと思います。

It was walking distance from the central train station and to the places of interest around Marienplatz. There was a convenience store next door and several cafes/ small restaurants around. The room we had was quiet although it got too warm at night. There was fan made available though and the window can be opened. The hotel is old but we felt safe and comfortable there. Will recommend.

The hotel is located very conveniently within walking distance to the train station. It is also easy to walk into the old part of town from there. The staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent. Note that it is not in the old part of town, there is traffic in the streets outside, but our room was very quiet. Very good value for money.

First, there are a couple discrepancies in the description. There is a 12 Euro daily fee for parking. The garage is actually a block and a half away and is called HBF Sud. You get a ticket, park, and then the hotel checks it to get that daily fee. 2nd - there is not a free breakfast. That costs 9 euro. Other than that, the hotel is excellent for the location. Without a car, it is more ideal.

A beautiful hotel with attentive, friendly staff. The hotel is very old and charming. Every room appears to have been decorated recently and each has their own unique style. Also, it doesn't appear to have any deferred maintenance. The hotel is completely non-smoking (thank God!) except for a small enclosed, garden-patio in the center of the hotel. There is a smart tablet (like an Ipad) in every room, to make your stay user-friendly and fun. Public transportation is literally right outside the front door. It is impeccably clean down to every detail and the little perks, like free, cold, soft drinks, free wifi, and underground parking across the street (€50/day), made us feel like welcomed, valued customers. All the staff were so friendly and kind, I only want to stay here for future visits to Munich. I just wish parking wasn't so expensive, but I guess that's what parking is like throughout Munich.

We were allowed to check in early! Saved us from jet lag. Probably not comfortable when it is hot outside. Staff excellent and friendly. Rooms nice

Clean and spacious room. Near to the city centre, 10 minutes walk. The hotel is near to Munich Central Station, that makes really easy all the movements. We didn’t use a lot of services during our stay but everything met our expectations. Good value for money.

Las condiciones de la ropa de cama deben de mejorar con urgencia

Avevo prenotato per me e mio figlio una camera con 2 letti al Prasident Hotel. Dopo uno scambio di mail e dopo ave chiesto informazioni riguardo al parcheggio, e rassicurato dalla struttura sulla disponibilità di parcheggio a 12 euro/giorno. Confermo e pago. Successivamente ricevo un messaggio su booking chat, da parte della struttura che mi comunica che, causa scarsità di clienti, il Prasident rimarrà chiuso dirottandomi sull'altra struttura della stessa proprietà/gestione (Hotel Wallis), a poca distanza dal Prasident. Accetto perchè mi pareva di capire che le condizioni fossero le stesse di quelle da me richieste e perchè, avendo già pagato, non volevo certo rimetterci. All'arrivo alla reception veniamo accolti con gentilezza e ci viene fornito il telecomando per il parcheggio sotterraneo. La camera non era a 2 letti ma matrimoniale... vabbè... Il giorno successivo ci viene comunicato che il parcheggio, visto l'arrivo di nuovi ospiti, non è disponibile e mi chiedono di spstare la mia auto in un altro parcheggio convenzionato, poco più distante e allo stesso prezzo convenuto (12 euro/giorno). Accetto per quieto vivere. Il giorno seguente mi comunicano che il parcheggio dell'Hotel è di nuovo disponibile e che se voglio posso parcheggiare. Accetto perchè più vicino all'Hotel. Pago alla cassa automatica del parcheggio convenzionato 16 euro anzichè 12. Avviso subito la receptionista (dando per scontato che i 4 euro in più mi sarebbero stati poi scontati sul costo a parte del parcheggio dell'hotel). La sorpresa ariva il giorno del checkout... ripeto che il parcheggio convenzionato mi è costato 4 euro in più e ribatte che avrei dovuto chiamare il numero di telefono del parcheggio, che dovevo portare lo scontrino, che all'avvisare... mi presenta il conto delle 2 notti... 30 auro. A quel punto vado su tutte le furie e pretendo di pagare 24 euro. Naturalmente non mi viene data nessuna ricevuta del pagamento. Viaggio molto ma in Italia una cosa così non mi era mai successa.

The staff was nice but the coffee was average. Needs a cappuccino machine

The hotel is exactly what you would expect from a simple slightly older city hotel. Everything is well taken care of and clean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and there are plenty of selections. All personnel are friendly and helpful, overall our stay was a good experience. The three bedroom rooms are small but functional if traveling with the people, two of which share a bed. Only three bathrooms could use a redo, but they were clean! The location is also great, it's a walk of about 5 minutes to the main stations and 10 minutes to old town.
