Service was terrible. There’s a phone number outside the door for “if you need help”, but if you spend the money to make the international call, you won’t get any help. We were stranded with our bags outside the hotel for 20 minutes waiting for someone to let us in. It was 11am and there was no reception and no one to even check our bags. We couldn’t even enter the hotel. We ended up being late for our tour because we had to find somewhere to store our bags. Then when we finally checked in later in the day, the reception was SO RUDE. We told her our story and she didn’t care whatsoever. Also- their parking is “on request only” so we emailed requesting parking, and they NEVER responded. When we asked at reception, she gave me an attitude and told me it wasn’t her fault we didn’t know where the parking was. When in fact, it was entirely their fault because they never responded to my email. We ended up paying €40 for parking because they were so unhelpful. The location is good and the space is clean. But as someone who works professionally in the travel business- the service here is terrible.
