When we turned up at the hotel at no fault of the hotel the holiday company we used did not change the dates of our hotel (from 26-29th to 27-30th) in line with our flights. This was quickly sorted by signing a form to confirm that this was the case. Then on our last night I was in the room by myself when a man that had just checked in had let himself into the room, he soon realised and walked straight back out. Shortly after I had a receptionist named Mustafa I have been told barge into the room demanding that I pack and leave right away as I should not be there. He threatened to ring the police if I did not leave right away. He did not want to listen to a word I said when I tried to explain to him the situation that I thought could have been the mix up, I rang my boyfriend to come straight up to the room. The tone and manner of this staff member was completely unacceptable. As soon as my boyfriend arrived his manner changed completely and became very polite. My partner went down to reception to try and sort things out to which he got shown the form we filled in on arrival with it forged, the date had been crossed out and edited which I’m assuming is to try and cover up the fact they were in the wrong. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I have travelled before. Definitely did not feel safe by myself as a woman. So disappointed after such a lovely holiday this completely changed the tone and ruined it 😢

就像我所知的所有B&B酒店一樣,尼黑 Messe酒店也很簡單,很方便,而且還不錯。房間很小,但絕對足夠城市旅行或 mess trips,只需一點點的室,過2晚的入住時間,很值得一去。我常常從箱子裏住。早餐很好,提供足夠的選擇,令人驚的是,比如在菜方面,一些地區調整,在尼黑有,我從來沒有在北德過。所以這裏是酒店的識局勢很平靜,因爲在市中心附近,也比較好,如果能走幾步,但是在直接環境下的食物有點困難,附近有個漂亮的印度人,但這也沒什麼

Visited whist travelling round Europe and I had to write a review just because of how terrible our experience was. On the first night my boyfriend was woken up in the middle of the night by an old woman shining a torch in his face claiming he was in her bed. Soon after a receptionist came up and tried to tell my boyfriend that he was in the wrong bed in an aggressive tone, however after checking his room key - it seemed they had overbooked the room and he was in the right bed. Furthermore, on the second day I was unable to get into my room and when I went to reception they told me I had been checked out that room however I had booked for three nights and all my stuff was still in there. It ended up being that the toilet pipes had broken and everyone in my room had to move to a different room but reception hadn’t been properly notified. In the rush of moving my things across I left a coat and hoodie which I then paid 30€ to have posted back to me in the UK - after multiple phone calls and emails it took a month to be posted back to me and it wasn’t even the right coat despite giving multiple descriptions. Additionally security was lacking - anyone could gain access to the communal space and there were multiple people who would just sleep on the sofas. Only two fridges, no oven and we had food stolen. The city hostel - which we stayed at one night - was much better.

A particular thanks to bartender Szebasztian, who reopened the bar, so this weary traveler could have a glass of wine at midnight. Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower was hot. If I remember correctly, there was also a fine breakfast; and the front desk arranged a cab back to the airport in the morning so we could continue our journey.

每次來慕尼黑就住這個酒店，離中心火車站很近，走路5分鐘。離瑪利亞廣場和英國花園都不遠，步行到達。每次都住這裏的原因還有一個是工作人員很好，很熱情，在疫情最開始人心惶惶的時候也對我這位中國人熱情接待。早餐包含在房費裏，挺豐盛，這個酒店性價比很高。房間很乾凈，電吹風需要就問前台要。就是房間有點小，但是這不算是問題。

I really haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. The rooms are at the top of a block of flats, so the views across the park are fantastic. Being in the Olympic Park, I assumed the hotel would be dated, but it isn't. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It is also very quite here, and there are plenty of shops and small cafes in the complex. Fantastic buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Our trip from the airport on the S1 was a nightmare, as there was a signal failure, so we had to get a taxi to the hotel. (Apparently this isn't uncommon) A taxi from the airport to the hotel is around 90 Euros. The U3 is a three minute walk from the hotel, and the journey into the city centre is only arond 15 minutes. If I was to visit Munich, I would stay here again.

The place is nice as a family, has 2 rooms and a kitchen. But the sofa is basically unusable as it's so uncomfortable. The beds are way too soft and the mattress topper keeps sliding down and you have a lot less bed. Pillows are also very flimsy. Kitchen is ok. ”Sharp” knife and scissors don't cut. Washing machine but no place to hang clothes. NO HOOKS IN THE BATHROOMS. All your towels will stay crumbled somewhere. So much room for improvement and it wouldn't even cost that much.

地點非常好，機場快線巴士停在飯店前。位於慕尼黑中央火車站對面。隔壁是一家小便利商店。性價比極高，房間足夠大，可容納 4 張床，有許多電源插座，所有床頭都配有床頭閱讀燈。為需要趕工作的旅客提供一張辦公桌。衛生間設施齊全，配有乾淨的毛巾、加熱器、熱水和很棒的淋浴區。 衣櫃很大，旁邊還有一個額外的掛桿。 當我們第一次進入時，房間裡有股霉味，但當我們打開大窗戶讓他呼吸新鮮（和超涼爽（冷？）的空氣時，這種氣味很快就消散了。 接待處給了我們一個全新的水壺（包裝完好，所有塑膠蓋都完好無損），這有助於我們吃一些泡麵——我們入住太晚了，沒有吃上一頓像樣的飯菜。 強烈推薦給需要過夜以便趕第二天從慕尼黑中央火車站出發的火車的旅客。 我們的經驗與那些寫負面評論的人相反。

Good location close to the interstate. Police and fire station nearby. Three underground stations in walking distance. Bus stop over the street. Own parking garage (€15/ngt) which is definitely a pro as free parking around there is kinda non-existent. Rooms are really small, No desk, not even a closet just hangers next to one bedside. Room was very clean, but had damaged light fixture. Breakfast was nice, daily change of ingredients. Love the pancake machine ! Negative was a bad smell in front of the elevators, no bench at the front and they tried to charge me twice for parking.

I'm really conflicted about this hotel, in some ways it's a great hotel and in others not so much. I'll start with check in, I booked a ”Queen bed” which to me means bigger than double especially as there is an option for just a double. so had to pay to upgrade to a ”executive room” which had the bigger bed, so another €60 on to our bill, but was discounted from €90. room was big, bed was very big and very comfortable. had to ask for a kettle (had a coffee machine but no kettle) had a minibar so a fridge which the first room didn't have even tho website says a minibar. all rooms have balconies but no furniture out there so I had to ask for chairs, also dont think the balconies have been cleaned in a while, i left foot prints in the dust. bathroom was old and needs refurbishment, shower pressure is rubbish, water drains very slowly and bath has all gone rusty. our first room was right next to the second room and overlooked some car park but then right next to it is a factory and then behind that some excavation work is taking place, the 1st night all was quiet as it was Easter but the second night from 3.30am lorries with there reversing noises where going on and that night the factory noise went on till almost 10pm. this is not the hotels fault- but if booking a room I would ask for a different location for room. breakfast was beautiful, everything u would want, all presented lovely and u could have omlette made to order. we used the resturant the 1st night, the food was very nice but very expensive- but we later found out this is how Germany is. Husband used the gym- mini gym as they call it and it is mini but it kept him happy for an hour. pool is a added bonus but pictures make it look bigger than it is, Sadly it was far too cold for me to get in and the steam/sauna are only turned on at certain times and we missed the time slot but they both looked good sizes. all the staff we came across, from reception, to restaurant and breakfast staff and especially the cleaners were lovely, very polite and helpful if u have any questions or requests. we would stay here again if it was the original price for the larger bed and if we had a different room location.
