Fantastic hotel, friendly and helpful staff, just a few subway stops from the center, supermarket across the street, very comfortable beds, my friend and I had a great stay and would happily return if we're ever in Munich again

I really haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. The rooms are at the top of a block of flats, so the views across the park are fantastic. Being in the Olympic Park, I assumed the hotel would be dated, but it isn't. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It is also very quite here, and there are plenty of shops and small cafes in the complex. Fantastic buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Our trip from the airport on the S1 was a nightmare, as there was a signal failure, so we had to get a taxi to the hotel. (Apparently this isn't uncommon) A taxi from the airport to the hotel is around 90 Euros. The U3 is a three minute walk from the hotel, and the journey into the city centre is only arond 15 minutes. If I was to visit Munich, I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast, excellent service, and good executive lounge. We stayed as a family of 5 with adjoining king rooms and a rollaway bed. The beds were made up already upon checkin. I’m a diamond member so we were upgraded to the executive floor. Staff explained all the benefits, amenities and hours upon checkin. Concierge took our bags to our rooms and showed us where everything was. The free breakfast was extended to my family of 5 as a diamond member and it was excellent. Other reviews mention the rooms being outdated and I would echo that, but it really didn’t bother us and the service more than made up for it. I will say the mattress hardness is real and was the one big drawback of the room. The executive lounge options for drinks were great-the food left a little to be desired but as many still haven’t opened back up it was nice to even have it. It is about a $15 Uber or $25 cab ride to the old town for 5 people which really isn’t bad. Overall an excellent stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Good location close to the interstate. Police and fire station nearby. Three underground stations in walking distance. Bus stop over the street. Own parking garage (€15/ngt) which is definitely a pro as free parking around there is kinda non-existent. Rooms are really small, No desk, not even a closet just hangers next to one bedside. Room was very clean, but had damaged light fixture. Breakfast was nice, daily change of ingredients. Love the pancake machine ! Negative was a bad smell in front of the elevators, no bench at the front and they tried to charge me twice for parking.

Very nice hotel!! Good service and nice breakfast bar!!! Very close to ENglish Garden which is a beautiful to take a walk! A clean river to walk in!!!!

Hotel staff is nice, room is clean and hotel is located in a nice but quiet area. It’s near the tech companies so good business hotel for employees who travel in for work. It’s about 3 minutes to the nearest subway - just google to KFC, the nearest subway is just next to itZ however it’s not the most convenient subway as the most convenient is the Olympia Einkaufzentrum one as it’s has more connections. There’s a small dishwasher provided so it’s convenient but if you want to wash the dishes manually, there is no dishwashing liquid provided so you have to buy your own. Washers and dryers are located at the basement of the hotel, so not in your room. There’s an app that we have to download to book and pay for the washer and dryer, yes it’s extra charge. No clothes detergent is provided so we have to buy our own - there’s no dispenser at the wash and dry area where one can easily buy the washing detergent. The hotel also doesn’t sell any. We had expected the hotel to at least provide some washing detergent, so don’t get caught without clothes detergent at night, if you plan to wash your clothes at night as the shops are closed after 8 pm… Overall it was a good experience except for the few inconveniences. As a first time visitor to Munich, probably one would want to stay at a location closer to the old town or city area as we found ourselves commuting about half hour every day to the attractions or where we wanted to go.

First, this hotel is not a Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt. It is a ”boutique” hotel that has great rooms, great bedding, nice finishes, and easy in / out. It is about a 8 minute walk from the city center. It is also close to a number of tech companies within 5 minutes walk. Loved this hotel and the daily service and look forward to staying again!

If you need room just to have bed overnight, this is perfect selection. We came very fast from highway, our fair was very close. Room was modern, but spartanic, but everything worked, breakfast was average, but enough of everything. The best was sauna, hot and empty, with working time 22.30 and at that time nobody came to throw you out, great. Worth the money.
