Centrally located in the town. Spacious room. Clean washroom. Great breakfast with so many items. Well-behaved staff

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The behaviour of the staff was appreciable. The hotel is situated right in the heart of munnar town

We paid an extra amount through mm t, where the other paid half of it. The hotel is average not that good. The restaurant of the hotel serves waste food i have ever eaten. Very bad experience about hotel restaurant food

Hotel is nice, location is good. View is not amazing, i booked delux room but the view is not at all worth watching. If any one id looking for connectivity hotel is good but scenic beauty you will not get from room. Hotel doesnt provide mineral water as complimentry which is not acceptable at this price range. Breakfast is so so. Anyone will not have many option but still its ok. Staffs are polite and helpful.

Great place to stay in Munnar which is at par with many International Hotel chains. The staff are courteous and hospitable . The food choice is limited but by far one of the best In Munnar. This place also has a Bar attached. In house facilities like room service, Laundry is quick and efficient. The Breakfast has a variety of mostly Vegetarian options which are something to look forward to start your day. Location is ideal, just away from the hustle & bustle of down town. The Views from some rooms are beautiful to wakup to in the morning. Ask for the Mountain View in front. Overall very happy with my 1 week stay at Issac’s Residency.

Enjoyed the stay very much! Highly recommended to all visiting Munnar! Beautiful view and excellent hospitality! Staff were very helpful and gave us suggestions on places to visit! Breakfast buffet could be improved a little more but whatever was there was good! Will definitely go back again!

My stay for 4 nights was very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and helping. Buffet breakfast was amazing.
