The service was great! Check in was quick and easy. The pool was closed the two days we were there and that was a big reason we booked at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was all right. The made to order omelets we fantastic the rest of the food offered was fine.

Easy check-in and easy parking. The breakfast made-to-order omelet station was fantastic and a real benefit as an included amenity. The pool is great for kids (which we traveled with) it only goes to 5 feet. The rooms need some updates in general, they're a bit outdated and showing wear and tear. The beds are not comfy which was a huge let down after along day out.

The only thing that I didn’t like at this property is that they charge you 12 dollars for parking even though you’re a guest.

Attended a conference. Hotel facilities were very good. Staff did an incredible job of serving lunch to hundreds of people in a very timely manner, and food was very good! Definitely can recommend as a conference site. Adequate room without overhearing lecture in next room. Hotesl rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Food was good. All staff members were polite and professional. Hotel has excellent breakfast. Room service food was very good and reasonably priced especially for hotel restaurant. Also offers evening beverages and snacks as courtesy. Looking forward to staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have stayed at this Embassy Suite in the past. It is past due for an update. The breakfast was great and the staff were nice.

We do this every year and overall it’s great! Our room was hot last night and the only choice in the room for coffee was decaf. Shampoo conditioner pretty much empty.

Great hotel. Would have been nice to know pool was broken before we booked as my son was pretty disappointed.

Room 624 needs a deep cleaning, bathroom cabinet, baseboards etc covered in dust, outside windows loaded with fingerprints. Was not made aware one needed to request housekeeping until the second day. Breakfast was very good, afternoon reception was okay. Staff were customer friendly with request for extra blankets the room was always chilly, difficult to adjust the thermostat, other family members in other rooms concurred about the thermostat.

We booked here specifically for amenities of pool(entire softball team was very sad) and it was closed and has been for a month but it was not disclosed at booking. The heat in the hotel lobby was intermittently inoperable and the interior coffee shop did not keep posted hours with no reason for closing early.

No USB ports. It would be easy enough to add to the night stand lamp or plug.

Charged $30 for 2 cars to park in their lot?? Why is parking not included in your stay? That is absolutely ridiculous. Then I had booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. My granddaughter who is five was looking so forward to going swimming until we arrived and saw a note at the desk, saying that the pool was out of order. Very disappointed especially at Christmas time. And then to get overcharged for something that shouldn’t be charged in the first place. Will definitely not to go back here.

Service was great. Room was clean. We requested linens for the pull out couch and they delivered promptly. We booked for the pool and it was out of order.

Love the way we were greeted and our check-in went really well. Our room was comfortable and was fine, except for the usual issues with our stays at Hilton Hotels…the mattresses are always shot! My husband had a serious back surgery a couple of years ago and it is extremely uncomfortable for him. Also, the breakfast food was delicious, but COLD. This was due to the eating area feeling like you were outside. Many guests were in coats at their tables. Your food simply did not stand a chance of being warm once you served your self and got back to your seat. Overall, our stay was just fine.

The room was amazing. It was very spacious. There was a sitting area that was useful for late night tv watching. There was a $10 parking fee that we did not expect. Also, no early check-in unless you are a Hilton Honor member. Even if you were, early check-in still might not be an option. The breakfast buffet was great- one of the best that we had ever experienced.
