Dark hallways check in Lady WASNT real
Friendly. There was no wash clothes in bathroom on arrival. I would not return.

The hotel is old and in need of some deep cleaning and updates. Breakfast we were told went from 6:30-9:30 and it ended at 8:50am so breakfast was a bummer and my kids had to go without breakfast. Quite disappointing. If you end it earlier than you tell people then they should alert people that it will end if they run out or whatever the reason was that they closed up breakfast early. We planned on grabbing breakfast and hitting the road and that didn’t happen.

We were told breakfast is from 6:30-9:30. In all reality breakfast ends at 8:50am. What a joke. Came for huntsman cancer institute appointments and was disappointed we couldn’t even enjoy breakfast to start our day and didn’t have money to pay from breakfast else where as it was budgeted with our hotel stay.

Pas de nettoyage de la chambre pendant 6 jours!
On doit se rendre à la réception pour obtenir de nouvelle serviette! Mon véhicule a été vandalisé dans le stationnement mal éclairé de l’hôtel! Pour le déjeuner, c’est ok mais sans plus! Triste séjour!

We checked in later in the night with children, the lady working the desk was super friendly and very helpful. That made the whole stay 10 x better. You do not see that type of customer service anymore!

If you are looking for a cheap place to live this is a good hotel. But if staying with family rooms are old, restroom is smallest i have seen. Break fast is terrible.
